St. Petersburg Silent Disco Rental

An unforgettable experience for your guests, built for a city that lives on the water. Up to three live channels, LED headphones that glow in whichever channel your guests pick, and a local crew that brings the whole party to you — turnkey, plug-and-play, from the Pier to the Grand Central District.

3 Channels LED Headphones 100m Range Local Delivery

The Experience

Easy To Run, Great For Every Age, Quiet Outside

A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Every guest hears the full mix at the volume they choose, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of the channel they are on. The dance floor looks like a light show; the street outside hears almost nothing.

Easy To Manage

We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet or your venue coordinator’s.

Great For All Ages

Up to three channels means the kids, the parents and the grandparents can each pick their own music. Guests who want to talk simply slide the headphones down and have a conversation at a normal volume.

No Noise Complaints

The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker aimed across the water, no bass rolling down Beach Drive, no awkward call from the venue or the condo board the next morning.

Selfies All Night Long

Glowing ear cups against a St. Pete sunset, a garden at dusk or a darkened museum hall are made for a camera. Your guests capture the night for you — and tag the venue while they are at it.

For Event Planners

We Make Life Easy So You Can Focus On Your Guests

St. Pete planners already juggle a caterer the venue requires, an event split between a lawn and an indoor room, and guests flying in from out of town. A silent disco should not become one more logistics project. It is turnkey and plug-and-play: we bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away.

Plug And Play

A turnkey setup that drops into the timeline you have already built. No redesign of the floor plan, no rewiring the room.

We Bring The Party To You

Headphones, transmitters and any production you add arrive with us, ready to run. Your venue does not need to supply a thing.

Local Delivery Teams

Real Florida crew who cover Tampa Bay, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no crate stuck in a depot on the day of your event.

One Less Vendor To Chase

We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, and we coordinate load-in with your venue so you are not relaying messages between us.

Local Context

Why It Works So Well In St. Petersburg

St. Pete’s best event settings are public waterfront, restored historic buildings and arts districts that sit right beside where people live. Those are exactly the places where amplified sound is hardest to manage and headphones are easiest to justify. Events here are often split across spaces too — a park or garden lawn outside and a museum hall or covered room inside — and one transmitter with 100m of range can serve connected spaces. Every park, museum and hotel sets its own rules on sound, hours and permits; we work within whatever your venue sets, and headphones simply make that conversation shorter.

A Downtown That Faces The Water

The City’s downtown waterfront plan runs from Coffee Pot Park in the north to Lassing Park in the south, and the 26-acre St. Pete Pier district that opened in July 2020 sits in the middle of it. North Straub Park, the museums on Beach Drive and the Pier’s own lawns and plazas are all open to the bay. Sound carries across open water, and a waterfront lawn has nothing to stop it. With headphones there is nothing to carry.

Arts Districts Next Door To Homes

The City recognises seven arts districts, among them the EDGE District, Grand Central, the Warehouse Arts District, the Central Arts District on the 300 to 700 blocks of Central Avenue, and Deuces Live on 22nd Street South. Brick buildings, converted warehouses and galleries make striking party spaces, but many share streets with apartments and houses. Headphones let a warehouse party feel huge without being heard next door.

Historic Rooms, Modern Expectations

Some of the city’s most photographed venues are older than any modern sound system. The Coliseum was built in 1924 and the Manhattan Casino in 1925. Hard floors and tall ceilings make a speaker stack boom and echo. A silent disco gives every guest a clean mix and leaves the room to be admired.

Two Ways To Run It

DIY Drop-Off Or Fully Managed

Some events want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table anywhere in St. Petersburg.

DIY Drop-Off

We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music. Ideal for backyard parties, office socials and smaller gatherings.

  • Headphones and transmitter delivered locally
  • Walkthrough so your team is confident
  • Plug in your own source or playlist
  • We come back and collect — no shipping

Custom Setups

A Local Partner, Not A Rental Warehouse

Because we are a Florida team rather than a company shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it, from a DJ on each channel to lighting that turns a museum hall or a Pier plaza into a dance floor.

The Hardware

Best-In-Class Headphones Your Guests Forget They Are Wearing

The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not.

A Snug Fit That Stays On

They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.

Premium Leather Comfort

Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last dance.

LED Glow By Channel

The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.

100m Wireless Range

Enough to cover a hall, a terrace and a lawn from one transmitter without a drop.

Where It Works In St. Petersburg

Figures below come from each venue’s own published rental information. Always confirm current capacities and rules with the venue when you book.

The Coliseum

535 FOURTH AVE. N. · CITY-OWNED

Built in 1924 and now owned by the City of St. Petersburg, the Coliseum is a historic ballroom with a red oak floor and a permanent stage. The City lists it for weddings, banquets, dances, proms and homecomings, fundraisers and corporate functions. It is the city’s big room for a big guest list, and a large hard-floored hall is exactly where a speaker stack turns to echo.

Main floor 15,500 sq ft Banquet with dance floor 600–800 Concert, GA floor 1,800 Built 1924

Museum Of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg

255 BEACH DRIVE NE · WATERFRONT MUSEUM DISTRICT

A waterfront museum with a conservatory and terrace, a formal hall in the Marly Room and two garden spaces, plus ceremony seating in North Straub Park across the street. The MFA caps events at five hours, so the dancing has to start on time and the party has to be ready the moment dinner ends. Note that the museum does not host fundraising events, so galas need to look elsewhere.

Sunken Gardens

1825 4TH ST. N. · CITY-OWNED

One of the City’s stand-out rental facilities and a wedding setting since 1935, with a ceremony lawn, the Palm Plaza for cocktail hour, the Oak Pavilion and the Garden Room. Gardens are built to be quiet places, and that is exactly the mood a silent disco protects once the dancing starts.

Garden Room up to 176 Oak Pavilion up to 72 Weddings since 1935

The St. Pete Pier

DOWNTOWN WATERFRONT · 26-ACRE PIER DISTRICT

The Pier district rents its lawns and plazas for events, from the Tilted Lawn and the Great Lawn to Benoist Plaza and Spa Beach Park. Every one of them is outdoors and surrounded by water, which is where amplified sound travels farthest and where a silent disco makes the most sense. The capacities below come from the Pier’s published event booking guide.

The Manhattan Casino

642 22ND ST. S. · THE DEUCES

Built in 1925 on 22nd Street South, the heart of “The Deuces”, the Manhattan Casino was a hub of the city’s African American entertainment scene during segregation. James Brown, Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington all played here before it closed in 1968. The City now lists it among its rentable facilities. A dance hall with that history deserves a proper dance floor, and a silent disco gives it one without disturbing the neighbourhood around it.

Two-story hall 12,000 sq ft Built 1925 District Deuces Live

And Everywhere Else

THE DALÍ · THE VINOY · WAREHOUSE ARTS DISTRICT · BACKYARDS

The same logic applies across town: the Dalí Museum’s Avant-garden, Bay Vista and Raymond James Community Room on the waterfront, the ballrooms and terraces of The Vinoy, studio and warehouse spaces in the Warehouse Arts District and the EDGE, and backyards across the city’s neighbourhoods. The more a space opens onto its neighbours or the water, the more the headphones earn their place.

Weddings

Weddings In St. Petersburg

Planning a wedding here? The waterfront parks, museums and historic halls that make St. Pete so photogenic also shape how the reception has to run.

Ceremony Here, Dancing There

Weddings here are often split across spaces — a ceremony in North Straub Park and dinner in a museum hall, or vows on a garden lawn and dancing under cover. One transmitter with 100m of range can serve connected spaces, so the music follows your guests instead of being rebuilt in every room.

Historic Settings, Long Wedding Record

Sunken Gardens has been hosting weddings since 1935, and the City lists the 1924 Coliseum for weddings alongside its other events. Gardens and halls this old were never built for a speaker stack; headphones let the dancing happen without testing them.

Every Generation On The Floor

Three channels means the wedding party, the parents and the grandparents can each pick their own music — put the DJ on one channel and the couple’s own playlist on another. And because we are a local crew, there is no crate stuck in a depot on the day of the wedding.
