An unforgettable experience for every kind of Sarasota event, from black-tie galas on the bay to company nights and private celebrations. Up to three live channels, LED headphones that glow whichever one your guests pick, and a local Florida crew that brings the whole party to you — turnkey, plug-and-play, anywhere in Sarasota.
A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Every guest hears the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of the channel they have chosen — so a Sarasota ballroom or garden lawn turns into a room full of light without a single speaker stack.
We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your planner’s run sheet or the venue coordinator’s desk.
Three channels means the college friends, the parents and the donors who came for the auction each get music they actually want. Nobody sits the night out because of the playlist.
The sound lives in the headphones. No bass rolling across the bay to the condo towers, no speaker aimed at a historic neighbourhood, no awkward call to the venue the next morning.
Glowing ear cups against a Sarasota Bay sunset, a banyan canopy or a museum courtyard are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the venue and the cause while they do it.
Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. Big Sarasota events already carry a long vendor list — caterers, florists, rentals, lighting, the auction team — and the headphones should not become one more thing you manage.
A turnkey setup that drops into the event you have already designed. No redesign of the floor plan, no rewiring the room.
Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your venue does not need to supply a thing beyond a power outlet and a place for the station.
Real people from Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no crate that turns up late, no return label to chase on Monday.
We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, and we work around your load-in window and the venue’s vendor rules.
Sarasota’s best event spaces are its waterfront, its gardens and its landmark buildings. That is exactly why people book them — and exactly why amplified sound is such a delicate subject here.
The Van Wezel’s terrace and lawn, the glass-walled ballroom at Michael’s on the Bay in Selby Gardens and the lawns of The Bay all open straight onto Sarasota Bay. Open water carries bass a long way, and downtown and the Rosemary District keep filling with new condominium and apartment buildings full of people who are home for the evening. Headphones keep the dance floor on the water and the noise off it.
Sarasota runs a steady calendar of nonprofit galas at The Ritz-Carlton, Selby Gardens, The Ringling and the Sarasota Art Museum. A gala has a program to protect — speeches, the paddle raise, the live auction — and a silent disco lets the after-party start in one corner without drowning out the ask in the other. Three channels also split a mixed-age donor crowd without a fight over the music.
Many of the city’s signature rooms are historic or museum properties: a 1938 Art Deco auditorium, the Ca’ d’Zan mansion at The Ringling, a 1920s high school turned art museum. The Ringling publishes its own sound limit, measured at its property line, and fixed evening rental hours. Neighbourhoods such as Laurel Park, a National Historic District of restored 1920s bungalows, sit right beside downtown. Headphones make those rules easy to live with.
A backyard birthday on Siesta Key wants the gear and its own playlist. A four-hundred-guest gala wants to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table.
We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.
Our crew arrives, sets up, runs the room and strikes it. You host, or your planner does.
Because we are a Florida team rather than a company shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it — from a single DJ on a garden lawn to a fully lit ballroom.
At a black-tie event the headphones are part of the look. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not.
They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset or worrying about their hair.
Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.
The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.
Enough to cover a ballroom, its terrace and the lawn beyond from one transmitter without a drop.
Capacities below come from each venue’s own published rental information. Where a venue’s figures did not agree across sources, we have left the number out — ask the venue for its current layout.
One of Sarasota’s grandest event addresses. Evening events run on two outdoor settings — the Ca’ d’Zan mansion with its terrace and the Bolger Campiello, or the Museum of Art Courtyard — and there are garden ceremony sites through the Bayfront Gardens. The museum sets evening-only rental hours and a sound limit measured at its property line, which is exactly the situation headphones were made for: the party stays full-volume for your guests and quiet at the fence.
The purple, seashell-inspired hall on the bay is best known for its 1,741-seat theatre, but the rental that matters for a party is the Grand Foyer, which opens onto an outdoor terrace and the Bayfront Lawn. Dinner in the foyer and dancing on the lawn is a natural two-space night — and one transmitter covers both.
Marie Selby Botanical Gardens’ downtown campus pairs an indoor waterfront event facility — Michael’s on the Bay, with a wall of glass facing the bay and the sunset — with outdoor spaces including the Schimmel Wedding Pavilion, the Great Lawn, the Christy Payne Mansion lawn and patios under the banyans. It is a botanical garden first, which makes a quiet dance floor an easy conversation.
A regular host of Sarasota’s nonprofit galas and conferences, with ballrooms, lawns and terraces. The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom is the hotel’s largest room, and a silent disco is an easy way to run an after-party beside it without the hotel re-planning the sound for the rest of the property.
The Bay is the city’s bayfront park, and its conservancy now books the civic venues around it: the 1938 Art Deco Sarasota Municipal Auditorium, the Sarasota Garden Club on the Boulevard of the Arts, the Bayfront Community Center, the Blue Pagoda and the Civic Green lawns. The auditorium is under renovation through the Bay Park Conservancy, so check dates with The Bay before you plan around it.
Ringling College’s contemporary art museum lives in the former Sarasota High School, a Gothic Revival building by M. Leo Elliott, joined to a mid-century addition by Paul Rudolph of the Sarasota School of Architecture. Rentable spaces include Thomas McGuire Hall, the Marcy & Michael Klein Plaza and the Great Lawn — an indoor–outdoor layout that suits a headphone dance floor.
Private homes on Siesta Key and in the bayfront neighbourhoods, rooftops downtown, and Historic Spanish Point just south in Osprey, with its chapel and bayfront lawns, all work on the same logic. The more a space opens onto water, gardens or neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place.
Garden ceremony, bayfront dinner and dancing on one transmitter.
After-parties that start without talking over the program or the auction.
Hotel after-parties that do not need a property-wide sound check.
Destination-wedding weekends with a night-before party that stays neighbourly.
Lock-ins and worship nights that run late without a complaint attached.
Member events and late openings where the art and the plants come first.
Birthdays, milestones and island homes that stay on good terms with the street.
Company and community celebrations in season, indoors or out.
How the night runs, the headphones your guests wear, the local crew that delivers them — and the other areas we cover.
Tell us the venue, the headcount and the run of the night — ballroom, garden, bayfront lawn or all three — and we will come back with a setup and a price. The same local crew handles delivery, the room and pickup. DIY or fully managed, your call. Planning a date? Our planning guides walk through venue deadlines, permits and headcount.
