The Experience

Easy To Run, Great For Every Age, Quiet Outside

A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Every guest gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of the channel they picked.

Easy To Manage

We deliver, set up, run the floor and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet.

Great For All Ages

Three channels means the kids, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music. Nobody sits the night out because of somebody else’s playlist.

No Noise Complaints

The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker stack pointed down a residential street, no bass rolling across a lawn, no awkward phone call with the facility the next morning.

Selfies All Night Long

Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the venue while they do it.

For Event Planners

We Make Life Easy So You Can Focus On Your Guests

Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. Whether you are booking a company night, a school event, a church social or a family celebration, you do not project-manage a sound system on top of everything else you are already carrying.

Plug And Play

A turnkey setup that drops into the event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring, no new floor plan.

We Bring The Party

Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your venue does not need to supply a thing beyond a power outlet.

Local Delivery Teams

Real people driving a van to the Treasure Coast, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no crate that turns up the day after.

One Less Vendor To Chase

We handle delivery, setup, the floor and pickup, so the headphones never become another line on your vendor list.

Local Context

Why It Works So Well In Port St. Lucie

A City Platted As One Big Neighbourhood

Port St. Lucie was laid out from the late 1950s as a residential grid, and it has grown into roughly 268,000 residents spread across about 119 square miles of land — more than 30 named neighbourhoods, from River Park and the Port District to St. Lucie West and Tradition. Almost every hall, clubhouse, park pavilion and back garden here has houses on the other side of the fence. That is the whole appeal of the place, and it is also the ceiling on how loud your event gets.

The Limits Are In The Rental Agreement

You do not have to guess here — the city writes it down. The Community Center’s own rental guidelines tell renters to keep audio no higher than 70 decibels, turn the house lights on at 11 p.m. and cut power to the stage at 11:15 p.m. if a band or DJ is still playing. The MIDFLORIDA Event Center’s planning guide reserves the right to regulate the audio level of any event. Headphones retire that clause: our transmitter is not the thing the rule is aimed at. It is worth knowing what to ask before you sign a venue contract.

Half Of This City’s Event Space Is Outdoors

The Village Square stage at the event center, the lawns at Tradition Square, twenty-one acres of Botanical Gardens and a 4,300-foot boardwalk along the St. Lucie River. Open air has no walls to hold sound in, which is exactly the problem headphones were invented for — the same reason they work on the water in Melbourne and the Space Coast.

Two Ways To Run It

DIY Drop-Off Or Fully Managed

Some events want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and never think about it again. Both are on the table in Port St. Lucie.

DIY Drop-Off

We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.

  • Headphones and transmitter delivered to your venue
  • Walkthrough so your team is confident before doors
  • Plug in your own source, playlist or house system
  • We come back and collect — no shipping labels

Custom Setups

A Local Partner, Not A Rental Warehouse

Because we are a Florida outfit that drives to you rather than a warehouse that ships you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it.

The Hardware

Best-In-Class Headphones Your Guests Forget They Are Wearing

The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not.

A Snug Fit That Stays On

They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.

Premium Leather Comfort

Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.

LED Glow By Channel

The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.

100m Wireless Range

Enough to cover a ballroom, a plaza and a lawn from one transmitter without a drop.

Where It Works In Port St. Lucie

Every capacity below comes from the venue’s own published rental information. Where a figure could not be confirmed on the venue’s own page, we left it out.

MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Event Center

9221 SE EVENT CENTER PLACE

The biggest room on the Treasure Coast and the most flexible one. The city’s own event planning guide lists two ballrooms, a gymnasium that converts to banquet seating, an art gallery, a lobby you can use as a pre-function space and the outdoor Village Square with its own stage. It also states that the center reserves the right to regulate the audio level of every event held there — a sentence that stops mattering the moment the music is in the headphones. With three channels you can run a main floor in the Emerald, a quieter room in the Ruby and a teen or family channel in the gym without any of them bleeding into each other.

Port St. Lucie Community Center

2195 SE AIROSO BLVD

The workhorse municipal hall, and the one whose rental guidelines are the clearest argument for headphones anywhere in the city. The auditorium splits four ways, so a 32-guest meeting and a 320-guest banquet come out of the same building, and there is a full catering kitchen and a stage. The published rules are specific: audio no higher than 70 decibels, house lights up at 11 p.m., stage power cut at 11:15 p.m. if the band or DJ keeps playing, with Friday and Saturday auditorium rentals running to midnight. A silent disco fills those last hours instead of losing them.

Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens

2410 SE WESTMORELAND BLVD

Twenty-one acres off Westmoreland, with a two-acre lake, themed gardens, an amphitheatre and a covered pavilion at the centre of it. It is entirely open to the air, which is what makes it beautiful and what makes amplified sound difficult — there is nothing to contain it and a neighbourhood in every direction. Guests wearing headphones can wander the paths and the waterfront veranda and still be inside the event.

PGA Golf Club At PGA Village

1916 PERFECT DRIVE

The clubhouse out in the northwest of the city publishes an events page rather than a capacity chart: a renovated clubhouse hung with PGA artefacts, the President’s Board Room with its own AV and separate entrances, and a patio and pavilion looking out over the eighteenth hole of the Wanamaker Course. Indoor room, outdoor terrace, golf course beyond it — three spaces on one transmitter, and nothing pointed at the fairway.

And Everywhere Smaller

TRADITION · ST. LUCIE WEST · THE PORT DISTRICT

The Schreiber Conference Center on Indian River State College’s Pruitt Campus off NW California Boulevard, the hotel meeting rooms around Innovation Way in Tradition, The Pub at The Saints Golf Course on Morningside, the pavilions at Veterans Park at Rivergate and Tom Hooper Park, and the 4,300-foot boardwalk that links them along the St. Lucie River. The logic does not change with the room size: the more open the space and the closer the neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place.

Weddings

Weddings In Port St. Lucie

The Treasure Coast wedding market runs on gardens, golf clubs and waterfront lawns — open-air spaces on published time windows. That combination is where a silent disco does its most obvious work.

Ceremony, Dinner And Dancing On One Transmitter

The Botanical Gardens sets up to 100 chairs for a ceremony and seats 100 at tables under the pavilion, with the paths and the waterfront veranda in between. One hundred metres of range covers all three without a second sound system or a changeover.

The Published Window Is The Real Deadline

Garden reception packages here are sold with a stated end time — four in the afternoon to ten at night is typical — and municipal halls cut stage power at 11:15 p.m. Headphones let the dancing keep going quietly right up to the moment the room has to be handed back.

Three Generations, Three Channels

Top forty on one channel, Latin or throwback on the second, something calmer on the third for the relatives who would otherwise be outside in the car park. Nobody has to win the playlist argument.
