An unforgettable experience for your team, built on up to three live channels and LED headphones that glow whichever one your guests pick. It is turnkey and plug-and-play: a local Central Florida crew brings the party to you, anywhere in Melbourne — from a company holiday party in a hotel ballroom to a family day on the Indian River.
A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of their channel.
We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on the HR or office manager’s run sheet.
Three channels means the new-grad engineers, the leadership team and the families at the company picnic each get their own music. Nobody sits the night out because of the playlist.
The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker pointed at a neighbour, no bass carrying down the street, no awkward call to the venue the next morning.
Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the venue while they do it.
Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. If you are the HR lead or office manager who got handed the company party on top of your actual job, you do not project-manage a sound system as well.
A turnkey setup that drops into whatever event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring.
Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your venue does not need to supply a thing.
Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no box that turns up late.
We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, so the headphones never become another thing to manage.
Melbourne is a working aerospace city on a waterfront. That combination — big, mixed workforces and event spaces that open onto the river, the lagoon or the ocean — is exactly where a silent disco earns its keep.
L3Harris keeps its corporate headquarters on W. NASA Boulevard, and the Orlando Melbourne International Airport describes its neighbourhood as an epicenter for aerospace, defense and manufacturing — Northrop Grumman, Embraer, Collins Aerospace and more. Company events here pull engineers, technicians, program leads and executives into the same room, often with families along. One playlist never suits all of them. Three live channels do.
If you work in HR or run the office, there is a good chance the holiday party, the milestone celebration or the summer family day has landed on your desk rather than with a dedicated events team. You need a vendor who arrives, sets up, runs it and leaves — not another contract to project-manage. That is the whole reason we work as a local, turnkey crew.
Historic Downtown Melbourne sits on the Indian River Lagoon and Crane Creek waterfronts. The Eau Gallie Arts District runs along the riverfront on Highland Avenue. The Front Street Civic Center sits on the Indian River, and its outdoor grounds need an outdoor assembly permit from the City. Sound carries over water, and headphones keep an outdoor company event on good terms with everyone across it.
Some events want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table.
We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.
Our crew arrives, sets up, runs the room and strikes it. You host.
Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it.
The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not.
They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.
Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.
The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.
Plenty to cover a ballroom, a terrace and a lawn from one transmitter without a drop.
Sizes and capacities below come from each venue’s own published rental or event information, cross-checked against a second listing. Where a figure could not be confirmed twice, we left it out.
The City’s biggest rental hall, with a stage, dressing rooms, a lobby with box office and large grounds for events indoors and out. It suits the all-hands scale: a main hall for the dance floor, wings for dinner or a quiet zone, and one transmitter covering the lot. The City rents it on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early for December.
The classic corporate choice: the Wakefield Ballroom divides into Salons A, B and C, with boardrooms and a prefunction area around it. For a conference with an after-party, a hotel ballroom plus headphones means the dancing does not collide with guests upstairs or a meeting next door.
A full-service hotel directly on the Atlantic, with a ballroom indoors and oceanfront outdoor space. An awards dinner that spills out toward the beach is precisely the indoor–outdoor split a speaker stack struggles with, and exactly what a 100m transmitter range is made for.
A City facility in the heart of the Eau Gallie Arts District, with two reception rooms that open into one, a gymnasium and a warming kitchen. The gym is a ready-made glow floor for a company family night; the reception rooms handle dinner.
A smaller City venue on the Indian River with two rooms joined by a movable divider, a warming kitchen, and a gazebo available separately. Right-sized for a department party or team celebration, with the river as the backdrop — and remember the outdoor grounds need an outdoor assembly permit.
The City also rents the Crane Community Center, Wickham Park Community Center, Eddie Lee Taylor, Sr. Community Center and Joseph N. Davis Community Center. Add Downtown Melbourne’s waterfront parks, the Highland Avenue strip in EGAD, your own office courtyard or a private home on the river, and the logic is the same: the more a space opens onto its neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place.
Corporate teams first, because that is what this city runs on — but the same kit works for everyone else too.
A mixed-age workforce on three channels, in a ballroom that does not need a sound check.
Contract wins, program milestones and launches, marked with a night the team will photograph.
Keep the dancing in the headphones so the hotel’s other guests and meetings are undisturbed.
A kids’ channel, a throwback channel and a current-hits channel, outdoors by the water.
An icebreaker that works on a new cohort faster than a name-tag exercise.
Riverfront and oceanfront receptions that stay on good terms with the neighbours.
Lock-ins and worship nights that run late without a complaint attached.
Birthdays, milestones and back gardens that stay on good terms with the street.
How the night runs, the headphones your guests wear, the local crew that delivers them — and the other areas we cover.
We are a Central Florida company with our own local delivery teams, so your headphones arrive with people, not a shipping carrier. Tell us the venue, the headcount and the run of the night — ballroom, riverfront, office courtyard or all three — and we will come back with a setup and a quote. DIY drop-off or fully managed, your call. Planning a date? Our planning guides walk through venue deadlines, permits and headcount.
