3 Channels LED Headphones 100m Range Local Delivery

The Experience

Easy To Run, Great For Every Age, Quiet Outside

A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of the channel they are listening to.

Easy To Manage

We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet or your volunteer roster.

Great For All Ages

Three channels means the kids, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music. Nobody sits the night out because of somebody else’s playlist.

No Noise Complaints

The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker aimed at the house across the street, no bass rolling down the block, no awkward phone call with the city the next morning.

Selfies All Night Long

Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the park, the hall or the host while they do it.

For Event Planners

We Make Life Easy So You Can Focus On Your Guests

Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. Whether you are a city events coordinator, an HOA board member, a youth pastor, a PTA chair or a host throwing one party a year, you do not project-manage a sound system on top of everything else you are already carrying.

Plug And Play

A turnkey setup that drops into the event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring, no new floor plan.

We Bring The Party

Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your hall, pavilion or lawn does not need to supply a thing.

Local Delivery Teams

Real people from Central Florida, not shipping companies. No tracking numbers, no crate that turns up the morning after.

One Less Vendor To Chase

We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, so the headphones never become another line on your call list.

Local Context

Why It Works So Well In Port Orange

One Civic Campus, Several Zones At Once

Almost everything Port Orange does as a city happens on the same fifty acres. The City Center Municipal Complex holds City Hall, the library, a gymnasium, a skate park, a sports complex, Veterans Park, Lakeside Community Center and the Kenneth W. Parker Amphitheater, all ringed by a half-mile trail around the lake. Family Days, the Crab & Seafood Festival, the Christmas tree lighting and the Easter sunrise service all land there. Multiple zones running at once on one site is exactly the brief a speaker stack handles worst and one transmitter handles easily.

The Quiet Option Already Has A Following Here

Port Orange is one of the few cities in the area that opens its biggest festival with a deliberately quiet session — the Family Days carnival starts with a sensory-friendly “Quiet Carnival” block before the full weekend kicks in. That instinct, that turning the volume down can make an event more welcoming rather than less fun, is the whole premise of a headphone dance floor. Every guest sets their own level, and anyone who needs a minute just lifts the ear cups off.

Parks And Pavilions Sit Inside Neighbourhoods

Port Orange counted 62,596 residents at the 2020 census and the Census Bureau put the July 2025 estimate at 66,395, spread across roughly 26.8 square miles of land. That density shows up in where the venues are: the pavilions at All Children’s Park and Buschman Park sit on Spruce Creek Road between houses, Riverwalk Park runs along Ridgewood Avenue, and the Spruce Creek Fly-In is a gated residential airpark where homes face the taxiways. Beautiful places to throw a party, with neighbours in earshot of all of them.

And Nobody Publishes The Sound Rules

Read the City’s own rental pages for Lakeside Community Center, the amphitheater, The REC or the Riverwalk lawn and you will find square footage, kitchens, dance floors and booking windows — and not one published line about how loud the music can be or how late it can run. Every page routes that question to the Special Events Coordinator by phone. Headphones make it a question you mostly never have to ask.

Two Ways To Run It

DIY Drop-Off Or Fully Managed

A lot of what happens in Port Orange is volunteer-powered — Family Days is run by the Port Orange Community Trust with parades, expos and a kid zone staffed by people from the community. Gear that needs an audio tech is the wrong fit for that. So you can take the kit and run the music yourself, or hand the whole night to our crew. Our ideas for community and neighbourhood nights go deeper on formats that actually fill a lawn.

DIY Drop-Off

We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.

  • Headphones and transmitter delivered locally
  • Walkthrough so your staff or volunteers are confident
  • Plug in your own source or playlist
  • We come back and collect — no shipping

Custom Setups

A Local Partner, Not A Rental Warehouse

Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate from out of state, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it.

The Hardware

Best-In-Class Headphones Your Guests Forget They Are Wearing

The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not.

A Snug Fit That Stays On

They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.

Premium Leather

Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.

LED Glow By Channel

The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.

100m Wireless Range

Plenty to cover a hall, a covered patio and a lawn from one transmitter without a drop.

Halls, Pavilions & Lawns

Where It Works In Port Orange

Addresses, capacities and amenities below come from each venue’s own published rental information. Booking windows move, so confirm yours direct — the City’s spaces open a year out and weekend dates go early.

Lakeside Community Center

1999 CITY CENTER CIRCLE

The City’s main multi-purpose rental, and the most straightforward indoor room in town for a party. It is already built for dancing — the City lists a large permanent dance floor and a moveable stage, plus a full caterer’s kitchen, audio/visual equipment and WiFi, and tables and chairs included with the rental. The large outdoor covered patio is the detail that matters most for us: patio and hall at once is two rooms of music from one transmitter.

Site 5 acres Permanent dance floor Moveable stage Caterer’s kitchen Covered outdoor patio Book up to 1 year ahead

Kenneth W. Parker Amphitheater

2001 CITY CENTER CIRCLE

Seven hundred permanent seats and a large lighted stage, a few steps from Lakeside, and the City notes the two can be booked together to grow an event. It is the open-air venue in town — which also means it is the one with the least to stop sound travelling across the lake and out of the complex. Published hours run dawn to dusk, longer on event dates, so a headphone set is how an amphitheatre booking keeps going after the light goes.

Spectator seats 700 Stage large, lighted Restrooms on site Hours dawn to dusk, longer on event dates

The REC

4655 CITY CENTER CIRCLE

The City’s recreation building, and the most flexible option for a youth or family event. Published spaces include a multi-purpose room, the AdventHealth Activity Room, a teen lounge and an esports lounge, with a mini-gym, indoor playground, basketball, pickleball and volleyball courts, a skate park and a concession stand around them. Lots of rooms in one building is precisely where channels earn their keep: a teen channel in the lounge and a family channel in the gym, running simultaneously.

Riverwalk Park

3459 S RIDGEWOOD AVENUE

The riverfront park, with a kayak launch, boardwalk, fishing piers, splash pad, playground, an event stage, a concession stand and covered pavilions along a quarter-mile walking loop. The City publishes two routes here: pavilions reservable through its online booking system, or the whole lawn rented for a private or public gathering. Open water and open lawn are the worst possible acoustics for a speaker and the best possible case for headphones.

Walking loop 1/4 mile Event stage Covered pavilions Whole lawn rentable Hours dawn to dusk, walkways lit

Adult Activity Center

4790 S RIDGEWOOD AVENUE

A three-acre site built around clubs and classes for residents 55 and over, with no fee or membership required. The City lists a kitchen with food warmers, refrigerator and freezer, a library, internet access, lighted pickleball courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard and picnic tables. The published rental route here is instructors booking the centre by the hour for senior class instruction, which is also the shape of a silent movement or gentle dance session — one channel, every participant at the volume that suits their hearing.

Flagsticks Bar & Grill At Cypress Head Golf Club

6231 PALM VISTA STREET

The private-event room on the west side of town. Flagsticks publishes a banquet room and an outdoor patio that both overlook the golf course, ponds and wildlife, with a full bar and restaurant behind them, and it lists showers, birthdays, retirements and celebrations among the events it hosts. Indoor room plus patio over a course, again, is two acoustic problems and one transmitter’s worth of solution.

And Everywhere Smaller

PARK PAVILIONS · SPRUCE CREEK · PRIVATE HOMES

The City rents covered picnic pavilions at All Children’s Park on Spruce Creek Road, Buschman Park further up the same road, Airport Road Park and Riverwalk Park. Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens on Old Sugar Mill Road is a free Volusia County historical park open daily. Add the gated Spruce Creek Fly-In, where more than twenty specialty clubs meet inside a residential airpark, and private back gardens all over the Dunlawton and Taylor Road corridors. Smaller spaces, closer neighbours, and the same logic as the big rooms: the more a space opens onto the people who live beside it, the more the headphones earn their place. We cover DeLand and the rest of Volusia County with the same kit.

Who We Work With

Built For Every Kind Of Port Orange Event

The audience here genuinely spans generations. The Adult Activity Center serves residents 55 and over, while Spruce Creek High School on Taylor Road and Atlantic High School on Reed Canal Road together enrol close to 3,800 students. A city or neighbourhood event in Port Orange often has teenagers and retirees on the same lawn — which is the clearest argument for three channels there is.

Community & City Events

Festivals, movie nights and park events that keep the lawn busy without carrying down the street.

School & PTA Nights

Fundraisers, dances and field-night formats where staff still need to be heard across the room.

Church & Youth Groups

Lock-ins and worship nights that run late without a complaint attached to them.

HOA & Neighbourhood Socials

Block parties and clubhouse nights inside communities where sound rules are taken seriously.

Private Parties & Birthdays

Milestones, graduations and back-garden nights that stay on good terms with the street.

Corporate & Team Events

Staff parties and conference receptions that do not need a venue to sign off on a sound check.

Weddings & Receptions

Dinner and dancing across a hall, a patio and a lawn on one transmitter.

Yoga, Fitness & Outdoors

Sunrise sessions and movement classes in parks where speakers would wake the neighbours.
