The Experience

Easy To Run, Great For Every Age, Quiet Outside

A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of the channel they are listening to, so the whole floor reads at a glance.

Easy To Manage

We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away again. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet or your volunteers.

Great For All Ages

Three channels means the teenagers, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music at the same time. Nobody sits the night out because of somebody else’s playlist.

No Noise Complaints

The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker pointed at the house next door, no bass rolling across the river, no awkward conversation with the venue the next morning.

Selfies All Night Long

Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the venue while they do it.

For Event Planners

We Make Life Easy So You Can Focus On Your Guests

Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. Whether you are a corporate event manager, a school administrator, a church staffer, a nonprofit committee or a host throwing something in your own back garden, you do not end up project-managing a sound system on top of everything else you are already carrying.

Plug And Play

A turnkey setup that drops straight into the event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring, no change to your timeline.

We Bring The Party

Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your venue does not need to supply a thing beyond a place to put the transmitter.

Local Delivery Teams

Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no crate that turns up a day late or a headset short.

One Less Vendor To Chase

We handle delivery, setup, the room itself and pickup, so the headphones never become another line on your vendor list.

Local Context

Why It Works So Well In Ormond Beach

Ormond Beach is not a town of purpose-built banquet boxes. It is a barrier island, a riverfront and a walkable main street, and almost every space worth hosting in has somebody’s front door within earshot.

The Beachside Is All Homes And Condos

The oceanfront strip along South Atlantic Avenue is residential from end to end, and the city’s own beachfront park — Andy Romano Beachfront Park, with its pavilions, picnic tables, restrooms and concessions — sits directly among it. Add the onshore wind, which pulls a speaker’s top end straight out over the water while the bass keeps travelling inland, and amplified sound on the beachside is a losing argument. Headphones win it outright. It is the same problem that shapes every oceanfront booking enquiry we get from down the coast in Daytona Beach.

The Riverfront Is Somebody’s Street

The prettiest rooms in Ormond Beach sit on the Halifax River along Riverside Drive, North Beach Street and John Anderson Drive, and so do the neighbours. The Casements and Rockefeller Gardens are surrounded by historic homes — the 1910 Ormond Yacht Club at 63 North Beach Street, The Rowallan at 253 John Anderson Drive, the Hammock Home at 311 John Anderson Drive. These are addresses, not event districts. An outdoor stage on the river carries in every direction; a transmitter carries nowhere.

A Real Main Street And A Real Festival Calendar

Ormond Beach Main Street was named a Florida Main Street Program of the Month by the Department of State in 2024, and the district it runs covers seven small parks, an art museum and five historical sites along Granada Boulevard, plus several major annual festivals of its own making. Outdoor programming here is constant, which is exactly where a headphone channel earns its footprint. Our guide to silent stages at festivals walks through how they slot into an existing site plan.

The Town That Invented Going Fast Quietly

Volusia County dates the first timed trials on Ormond Beach’s hard-packed sand to 26 March 1903, and a plaque at 113 East Granada Boulevard marks where the Ormond Garage — the original Gasoline Alley — stood before it burned in 1976. Ormond Beach has been staging spectacles on this beach for more than a century. A silent one is simply the version the neighbours never have to hear about.

Two Ways To Run It

DIY Drop-Off Or Fully Managed

Some hosts want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and never think about it again. Both are on the table, and the choice does not change the hardware you get.

DIY Drop-Off

We deliver, walk you through the gear and come back to collect it. You run the music.

  • Headphones and transmitter delivered locally
  • Walkthrough so your team or your volunteers are confident
  • Plug in your own source, laptop or playlist
  • We come back and collect — no shipping either way

Custom Setups

A Local Partner, Not A Rental Warehouse

Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate from another state, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it — and change it the week of the event if the plan moves.

The Hardware

Best-In-Class Headphones Your Guests Forget They Are Wearing

The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not, and the 100m range means one transmitter covers a room, a terrace and a lawn without a drop.

A Snug Fit That Stays On

They hold through dancing, jumping and photographs. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset instead of enjoying it.

Premium Leather Comfort

Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song through to the last one.

LED Glow By Channel

Each ear cup lights up in its channel’s colour, so you can see the split across the floor from the doorway.

100m Wireless Range

Enough to cover a ballroom, a courtyard and a garden path from a single transmitter with no dead spots.

Rooms, Gardens & Gyms

Where It Works In Ormond Beach

Capacities and room details below come from each venue’s own published information. Every one of them can take a headphone setup, and our delivery radius runs the length of the coast — the same crew covers beachside events in New Smyrna Beach on the other side of the county.

The Casements

25 RIVERSIDE DRIVE

John D. Rockefeller’s winter home from 1918 until he died there in 1937, bought by the City of Ormond Beach in 1974 and restored as a cultural and community facility. It is on the National Register of Historic Places, and Rockefeller Gardens runs alongside it on the Halifax River, with an outdoor stage used for performances and festival programming and a riverfront promenade connecting through to Fortunato Park. It is one of the most photogenic spaces in Volusia County and one of the least forgiving for amplified sound — open water on one side, historic houses on the other.

Ormond Memorial Art Museum & Gardens

78 EAST GRANADA BOULEVARD

The most flexible private-hire option on Granada Boulevard, and the one that scales from a board meeting to a garden party. The museum publishes capacities for six separate spaces, indoors and out, including a rooftop terrace, a gazebo and patio in the gardens, a courtyard pavilion, a board room and a classroom. Multiple spaces running at once is precisely the case three channels and one transmitter were built for.

Anderson-Price Memorial Building

42 NORTH BEACH STREET

Built in 1916 as the town library and now run by the Ormond Beach Historical Society, which holds its meetings and programmes here and rents the building out for events. It has a ballroom with a dance floor and a stage, a full kitchen and a buffet area, and tables and chairs come with the room. It also sits on North Beach Street a few doors from houses, which is the entire argument for headphones in a hall with a stage in it.

Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center

399 NORTH US HIGHWAY 1

A city-run theatre that reopened in 2024 after a rebuild of the lobby, gallery space and auditorium seating. It is the biggest seated room in town, and it programmes children’s theatre, community theatre, a professional concert series and touring productions. A theatre is a room built to carry sound from one stage to one audience, which is exactly the wrong shape for a party with three playlists running at once — headphones turn the whole auditorium and lobby into one floor.

Nova Community Center & Park

440 NORTH NOVA ROAD

The city’s main indoor recreation building, with two indoor basketball and volleyball courts under one roof and an activity room used for private hire, set inside a park of just over 60 acres with tennis, ball fields, pavilions and a playground. A gym floor is a hard room for speakers — long reverb, high ceilings, every word smeared — and a dead-quiet gym full of glowing headphones is the single most dramatic version of this whole format.

Joe And Elwillie Daniels South Ormond Neighborhood Center

176 DIVISION AVENUE

A neighbourhood centre with a gym added in 2023 that is set up for basketball, volleyball and pickleball, plus meeting rooms, a kitchen and a picnic pavilion available to rent, tennis courts, ball fields, a splash pad and a walking and biking path outside. It is the natural home for community nights, youth programmes and nonprofit events on the west side of town, and it is surrounded by houses on every side.

And Everywhere Smaller

BEACHFRONT PARKS · GRANADA BOULEVARD · PRIVATE HOMES

Andy Romano Beachfront Park’s pavilions, the oceanfront hotel function rooms along South Atlantic Avenue, the restaurants and galleries on Granada Boulevard, the riverfront parks off Beach Street, church halls, school gyms and private homes on John Anderson Drive all work on the same logic. The more a space opens onto its neighbours, or the harder it is to hang a speaker in, the more the headphones earn their place.

One Market Worth Its Own Section

Weddings In Ormond Beach

Ormond Beach has a genuine wedding market, and it is built on exactly the spaces that fight amplified sound hardest: open sand, riverfront gardens and historic houses with neighbours. Everything below is wedding-specific; the rest of this page applies to every kind of event.

Ceremony Outside, Reception Inside, One Transmitter

A beach or garden ceremony followed by dinner and dancing indoors usually means two sound setups and a changeover. On headphones it is one transmitter and no changeover at all, and the processional and the first dance sound the same to the back row as the front.

Three Playlists, No Negotiation

The classic argument over the reception playlist stops being an argument when there are three live channels. The dance floor gets what it wants, the family table gets what it wants, and nobody leaves early because of the music.

The End Of The Night Stops Being A Negotiation

Riverfront and beachside venues are the ones most likely to have a sound condition attached. Because the volume never leaves the ear cups, the end of the night stops being a negotiation with the venue manager — and the micro-wedding and elopement packages published by venues like the art museum’s gardens scale down to twenty or thirty guests just as easily.
