The Experience

Easy To Run, Great For Every Age, Quiet Outside

A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of their channel. Take the headphones off and the room is quiet enough to hold a conversation in. That last part is what sells it to a St. Cloud committee: the grandparents, the toddlers and the volunteer on the door all get a night they can actually stand in, at the same time, in the same room.

Easy To Manage

We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet or on a volunteer’s shoulders.

Great For All Ages

Three channels means the kids, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music. Nobody sits the night out because of the playlist, and nobody has to pick one for everybody.

No Noise Complaints

The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker pointed at a neighbour, no bass carrying down the street, no awkward call to the venue the next morning.

Selfies All Night Long

Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the venue while they do it.

For Event Planners

We Make Life Easy So You Can Focus On Your Guests

Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. Whether you are a church administrator, a school activities director, an HOA board member or a company office manager, you do not project-manage a sound system on top of everything else you are already carrying. Most of the people who call us about a St. Cloud event are not professional event planners at all — they are the person at the church, the school or the neighbourhood association who ended up holding the clipboard. The setup is built so that person can hand it off entirely, or run it themselves with an hour of notice.

Plug And Play

A turnkey setup that drops into whatever event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring, no new floor plan.

We Bring The Party

Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your hall, your park pavilion or your car park does not need to supply a thing.

Local Delivery Teams

Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no box that turns up late the morning of.

One Less Vendor To Chase

We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, so the headphones never become another thing to manage.

Local Context

Why It Works So Well In St. Cloud

St. Cloud was laid out in 1909, when a development company bought 35,000 acres on the south shore of East Lake Tohopekaliga for a Grand Army of the Republic veterans’ colony and named the north–south streets after the states the Union soldiers had served from. That plan is still the town: a tight downtown grid, homes on the next lot over, and a lake at the end of the street. It is a lovely place to hold an event and a difficult place to point a speaker. We run St. Cloud out of the same shop that covers Kissimmee just up Highway 192, so the drive is short and the crew is the same one every time.

A Downtown Where Everyone Is A Neighbour

The St. Cloud Downtown Historic District — roughly bounded by 9th Street, Wisconsin Avenue, Ohio Avenue and US 192 — went on the National Register in June 2023. Inside those few blocks sit the 1914 Grand Army of the Republic Memorial Hall on Massachusetts Avenue and the old St. Cloud Depot on New York Avenue, and around them sit houses. Every room downtown has somebody’s front porch within earshot, which is exactly the situation headphones were invented for.

The Lakefront Is The Town’s Front Room

East Lake Tohopekaliga runs to just under 12,000 acres, and St. Cloud sits on the southern shore of it. Lakefront Park gives you a sand beach, a marina, a fishing pier, a splash pad, a playground and a boat ramp in one stretch, and the Fourth of July fireworks go up over the water. Open water is the worst surface there is for containing amplified sound — it carries a PA straight across to the far bank and back. A transmitter does not.

Shared Halls, Shared Walls, Shared Budgets

Most St. Cloud events happen in rooms that somebody else uses on Tuesday: a fellowship hall, a school cafeteria, a community room, a pavilion with a booking after yours. The Woman’s Club auditorium on Massachusetts Avenue has worked that way since it opened in 1949, hosting concerts, lectures, luncheons, art shows and classes in the same space. Headphones let you run a loud night in a shared building without a sound check, a decibel argument or a second room to put the quiet people in.

Two Ways To Run It

DIY Drop-Off Or Fully Managed

Some events want the gear and their own playlist — a youth pastor with a laptop, a PTA with a volunteer who DJs. Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table, and the drop-off route is the one most community groups start with. If you are building a run sheet around volunteers, the drop-off kit is small enough that one person can hand it out and one person can collect it. Budget usually decides this one. A drop-off keeps the cost to the gear and the delivery, which is why it is the route most church groups, PTAs and HOA boards take the first time; the managed option is what people move to once the event doubles in size and nobody wants to spend the evening watching a headphone table.

DIY Drop-Off

We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.

  • Headphones and transmitter delivered locally
  • Walkthrough so your team is confident

Custom Setups

A Local Partner, Not A Rental Warehouse

Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it — or leave it exactly as small as your budget needs it to be. Nothing here is compulsory. A youth lock-in at a fellowship hall might take headphones and nothing else; a Fourth of July event down by the water might want lights, a screen and three DJs. Both are the same phone call.

The Hardware

Best-In-Class Headphones Your Guests Forget They Are Wearing

The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not. Guests who are handed something that feels cheap take it off after two songs, and a floor full of people holding headphones is a floor full of people about to leave.

A Snug Fit That Stays On

They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.

Premium Leather

Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.

LED Glow By Channel

The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.

100m Wireless Range

Plenty to cover a hall, a car park and a lawn from one transmitter without a drop.

Rooms & Lawns

Where It Works In St. Cloud

Details below come from each venue’s own published information. We are not tied to any of them — we will set up wherever you have already booked. Capacities, room sizes and amenities change, so confirm the specifics with the venue when you reserve; what does not change is that a headphone floor needs no stage, no speaker position and no power run across the room.

Marina Banquet Hall

1104 LAKESHORE BLVD, ST. CLOUD, FL 34769

The city’s own hall, sitting right on the lakefront, and the default room for a St. Cloud community event that needs four walls and a roof. It splits into a main hall and a smaller north room, so a group that does not need the whole thing does not have to take it. Being on the water is the catch: a PA in a room with a lake outside the door is heard a long way off, and the building is a short walk from houses in every other direction.

The Royal Crest Room At Royal St. Cloud Golf Links

5330 MICHIGAN AVENUE, ST. CLOUD, FL 34772

The biggest purpose-built event room in town, attached to a 27-hole links course laid out as three nines — Red, White and Blue — with a lighted driving range beside it. The ballroom runs to 4,000 square feet under white ceiling draping, and the Magnolia Garden gives you an outdoor space on the same site, with the Stone Bridge Tavern and the Links Grill handling food. Indoors and outdoors at once is the configuration a speaker stack handles worst and one transmitter handles best.

Hastings Ranch & Farm

1550 DOLPHIN DRIVE, ST. CLOUD, FL

A family-owned ranch on the edge of town with grown oak trees and a music barn with a stage in it, and a farm festival of its own every year. Open-air ranch land is the friendliest possible place for a loud night in one sense and the trickiest in another: there is nothing at all to stop sound travelling, and the nearest house is further than you think but not as far as you hope. Headphones turn the whole property into usable floor.

Ralph V. Chisholm Regional Park

4700 CHISHOLM PARK TRAIL, ST. CLOUD, FL 34771

The big park out on the lake, maintained by the City of St. Cloud, with a three-lane public boat ramp and unimproved parking that takes around twenty trailers. It is the kind of open waterfront ground community groups use for a daytime gathering and then give up on after dark because nobody wants to be the one running a PA across the water at nine o’clock. That is the exact problem a headphone system removes.

And Everywhere Smaller

LAKEFRONT PARK · MASSACHUSETTS AVE · HARMONY · NARCOOSSEE

Lakefront Park with its beach, pier and splash pad, the historic rooms along Massachusetts Avenue, church halls and school cafeterias across town, Buck Lake out at Harmony, back gardens off Narcoossee Road. All of them work on the same logic: the more a space opens onto its neighbours, the harder its owner’s sound rules get, and the more the headphones earn their place.

Who We Work With

Built For Every Kind Of St. Cloud Event

Community groups, congregations, schools, employers and families all book the same kit for different reasons — a car park, a fellowship hall, a gym or a lawn, indoors and outdoors on the same transmitter. The common thread in St. Cloud is a building or a piece of ground that belongs to somebody else, with rules attached and neighbours nearby.

Church & Youth Groups

Lock-ins, worship nights, trunk-or-treats and youth retreats that run late without a complaint attached.

Community & HOA Events

Block parties, park nights and neighbourhood socials that stay on good terms with the street they are held on.

Schools & Corporate

Proms, grad nights, staff parties and company socials in rooms that were never built for a sound system.

Weddings & Private Parties

Receptions, quinceaƱeras, milestone birthdays and back gardens, across three spaces on one transmitter.
