The Experience

Easy To Run, Great For Every Age, Quiet Outside

A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of their channel. On a street, a lawn or a hundred-year-old room, the sound goes where you want it and nowhere else.

Easy To Manage

We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet.

Great For All Ages

Three channels means the kids, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music. Nobody sits the night out because of the playlist.

No Noise Complaints

The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker pointed at a porch, no bass rolling down a residential street, no awkward call to the venue the next morning.

Selfies All Night Long

Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the venue while they do it.

For Event Planners

We Make Life Easy So You Can Focus On Your Guests

Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. Whether you are programming a street festival, a company offsite, a youth lock-in or a fundraiser, you do not project-manage a sound system on top of everything else you are already carrying.

Plug And Play

A turnkey setup that drops into whatever event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring, no new power draw to negotiate.

We Bring The Party

Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your venue, your park permit or your show field does not need to supply a thing.

Local Delivery Teams

Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no box that turns up the morning after load-in.

One Less Vendor To Chase

We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, so the headphones never become another thing to manage on show day.

Local Context

Why It Works So Well In Mount Dora

Three things shape almost every event in this town, and all three point the same way. We cover the whole Lake and west Orange corridor — the same crews run Clermont and Winter Garden — so reaching Mount Dora is a short drive rather than a freight quote.

The Street Is The Venue

Mount Dora earned the name Festival City by handing its downtown over to events. The Mount Dora Arts Festival fills the streets of the historic walking district with 300 juried artists on the first weekend of February, and the Craft Fair does the same on the fourth weekend of October. Out on Highway 441, Renninger’s Antique and Collector’s Extravaganza spreads across a show field and open-air pavilions. Organisers here are used to building a programme outdoors, in public, with no walls to keep the sound in.

Historic Houses On Every Side

The Mount Dora Historic District runs roughly from 3rd Avenue to 11th Avenue between Clayton and Helen Streets, and it went on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. Almost every downtown venue sits inside that grid, which means porches, bedrooms and early risers are a few dozen feet from wherever you put a speaker. That closeness is exactly why people book here — and exactly why a PA is the hardest part of the night to get signed off.

Everything Faces Open Water

Downtown looks out over Lake Dora, and the best spots lean into it: Gilbert Park, Simpson’s Cove, and Grantham Point with its 35-foot lighthouse, dedicated in 1988 and still registered as a navigation aid for boaters. Open water is the worst possible surface for containing amplified music, because nothing absorbs it. One transmitter covers a lawn, a dock and a terrace without any of it reaching the far shore.

Two Ways To Run It

DIY Drop-Off Or Fully Managed

Some events want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table, and the choice usually comes down to how much of your own crew you have on the day.

DIY Drop-Off

We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.

  • Headphones and transmitter delivered locally
  • Walkthrough so your team is confident
  • Plug in your own source or playlist
  • We come back and collect — no shipping

Custom Setups

A Local Partner, Not A Rental Warehouse

Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it — a single transmitter on a park lawn, or a full production stack under a pavilion.

The Hardware

Best-In-Class Headphones Your Guests Forget They Are Wearing

The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not. A 100m range means one transmitter reaches the far end of a lawn, a show field or a block of closed street.

A Snug Fit That Stays On

They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.

Premium Leather

Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.

LED Glow By Channel

The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.

100m Wireless Range

Plenty to cover a ballroom, a terrace and a lakefront lawn from one transmitter without a drop.

Where It Works In Mount Dora

Room sizes and capacities below come from each venue’s own published information.

Lakeside Inn

100 NORTH ALEXANDER STREET

Opened in 1883 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987, the Lakeside Inn is the oldest continuously operating hotel in Florida and the anchor of the downtown event calendar. The Beauclaire’s semi-circular windowed wall looks onto the Garden Terrace, the Grand Lobby takes a standing crowd, and acres of moss-draped oaks run down to the shoreline of Lake Dora. Rooms that open straight onto lawns and water are precisely the configuration a speaker system handles worst — and the easiest case to make to a venue manager for headphones instead.

Sydonie Mansion

5538 SYDONIE DRIVE

A 42-room estate of more than 22,000 square feet, established in 1883 and remodelled in 1903 by the architect Grosvenor Atterbury as a winter home for a Pittsburgh steel owner. It runs today as an event venue and gives historic tours, and it states plainly that preservation requirements place limits on event size and activity. That is the sort of constraint headphones were built for: no stack, no subwoofer working on century-old plaster, and a guest cap you never have to spend on sound coverage.

Renninger’s Twin Markets

20651 US HIGHWAY 441

117 acres of rolling, oak-shaded ground on the edge of town, with an indoor antique centre of more than 180 booths, a show field and rows of open-air pavilions. The Antique and Collector’s Extravaganza takes over all of it three times a season — November 20–22, 2026, then January 15–17 and February 19–21, 2027. A site this wide is where cabled sound gets expensive fastest, and where a 100m signal covers ground that no reasonable speaker run would.

The Country Club Of Mount Dora

1900 COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD

A golf club open to the public as well as to members, with the Beacon 19 Bar & Grill for dining and social gatherings. Its published calendar covers golf outings, corporate days, celebrations and community functions, with turn-key coordination for outings — the same logic we apply to the audio. Tournament dinners and community nights on a course mean tents, terraces and a lot of open fairway air, none of which holds a PA where you point it.

And Everywhere Smaller

5TH AVENUE GALLERIES · BAKER STREET · LAKEFRONT PARKS

The Mount Dora Center for the Arts has run since 1974 and keeps two galleries on 5th Avenue, downtown at 138 East and uptown at 847 East. The Community Building on North Baker Street doubles as the Mount Dora Music Hall. Gilbert Park, Simpson’s Cove and Grantham Point sit a few minutes’ walk from the shops. All of them work on the same principle: the more a space opens onto its neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place.

One Kind Of Event In Particular

Weddings In Mount Dora

Mount Dora is a wedding town, and its two best-known addresses explain the problem neatly. The Lakeside Inn’s own guidance strongly recommends that any outdoor reception of 75 guests or more takes place under a tent — sensible advice about Florida weather that also describes the acoustics, because a tent over a lawn does nothing at all to hold sound in. Sydonie Mansion caps events at 150 guests and says outright that preservation requirements limit event size and activity. Headphones answer both at once: the vows carry without a DJ warming up against them, dinner runs at conversation volume while a dance floor is already going on another channel, and the night runs to the end of its booking without a neighbour or a hundred-year-old building being the thing that stops it. Our fall festival planning guide covers a lot of the same outdoor ground if you are working an autumn date.

Ceremony, Dinner And Dancing On One Signal

A lakefront ceremony, a seated dinner indoors and a late dance floor on a terrace are three spaces and three coverage problems for a speaker system. One transmitter reaches all of them.

Late Without A Complaint

The reception keeps going at full volume inside the headphones while the street outside stays as quiet as any other Tuesday. Venue managers sign off on that far more easily than on a subwoofer.

Three Generations, Three Channels

A channel for the dance floor, a channel for the older guests and a channel for whoever wants something else entirely. Nobody steps outside because of the playlist.
