An unforgettable night for your guests, with none of the work landing on you. Up to three live channels, LED headphones that glow whichever one each guest picks, and a local Florida crew that brings the whole party to you — turnkey, plug-and-play, anywhere in Davenport.
A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of their channel.
We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet.
Three channels means the kids, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music. Nobody sits the night out because of the playlist.
The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker pointed at the house next door, no bass rolling across a pool deck, no awkward call from a community manager the next morning.
Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the property while they do it.
Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. Whether you manage forty rental homes, a school calendar, a church diary or one night a year for your company, you do not project-manage a sound system on top of everything else you are already carrying.
A turnkey setup that drops into whatever event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring, no venue sound system to negotiate.
Everything arrives with us, ready to run. A clubhouse, a pool deck, a gym or a back lawn does not need to supply a thing.
Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no box that turns up the day after the event.
We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, so the headphones never become another line on your vendor list.
The Census Bureau counted 9,043 people in Davenport in 2020 and estimated 18,110 by July 2025 — a 94.8 percent jump. That growth arrived as whole new neighbourhoods with their own boards, their own clubhouses and houses built close together. Almost every event here now happens within earshot of somebody’s bedroom window, which is why our ideas for a community calendar lean on formats that do not need a PA.
Davenport is the heart of the vacation-home belt. Solterra, Regal Palms, Highlands Reserve and Providence are neighbourhoods and resorts at the same time, so a group celebration happens beside families who are also paying guests, inside a community with its own rules and its own manager. Headphones let a property manager say yes to a party without inheriting the complaint.
Pool decks, screened lanais, clubhouse patios, turf fields off U.S. 27. Florida heat pushes gatherings into the evening, which is exactly when sound carries furthest and tolerance runs shortest. One transmitter covers a lawn, a deck and an indoor room at once — the same reason it works up the ridge in Clermont.
Some events want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table.
We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.
Our crew arrives, sets up, runs the room and strikes it. You host.
Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it.
The hardware is the event. If it slips, pinches or sounds thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours does not, and its 100m of range covers a clubhouse and the deck beyond it from a single transmitter.
They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.
Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.
The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.
Plenty to cover a ballroom, a pool deck and a lawn from one transmitter without a drop.
Every room, figure and address below comes from the venue’s, the city’s or the county’s own published information. Where two sources disagreed on a number, we left the number out.
The clearest example of what makes Davenport unusual: a vacation-home community with a full event and conference centre built into it, so a group can sleep, meet and celebrate without anyone driving. Three named ballrooms, two meeting rooms, two grand foyers and an outdoor patio sit among the homes, and the wider Solterra community runs its own amenity centre at 5200 Solterra Boulevard. Published figures for the centre’s floor area did not agree between sources, so we have listed the spaces and left the square footage off.
The City of Davenport’s own building, and the biggest municipal room in town. Forty thousand square feet holds a banquet hall seating four hundred, two gymnasiums with a concession stand, a fitness centre, a computer room and an arts and crafts room, and the floor is rated for volleyball, basketball and indoor soccer. The City markets the banquet side as the Tom Fellows Event Center, with a dance floor and customisable décor. A hall that size next door to a gym running a youth night is exactly where two channels beat one PA.
A 6,800 square foot banquet room with a 1,700 square foot deck opening onto panoramic views of the course. The club publishes four event categories side by side — corporate events, golf tournaments, quinceañeras and Latin celebrations, and weddings — which is a fair snapshot of who actually books rooms in Davenport. Indoors and out on the deck at the same time is the configuration a single speaker stack handles worst.
Polk County’s flagship park on the Davenport stretch of U.S. 27, and the obvious home for anything that outgrows a clubhouse. The County lists a screened-in pavilion available to rent plus picnic shelters, six artificial turf multipurpose fields for soccer, football and lacrosse, four artificial turf baseball and softball fields, tennis, racquetball and basketball courts, a playground, an exercise trail, a dog park, a boat launch, pier fishing and a concession stand. An open park has no walls to hold sound in and no ceiling on how far it travels, so a tournament banquet or an end-of-season party out here is a headphone job.
The large-scale option on Davenport’s northern edge, where U.S. 27 meets Interstate 4. The resort publishes more than 255,000 square feet of meeting, event and pre-function space across sixty-nine rooms, two ballrooms in the thousands of guests, and a set of lawns that read as a second venue on their own. Rooms that big are usually split into simultaneous programmes, and three channels through one transmitter is a cleaner answer than three sound systems in three rooms. Published capacities for the Ballroom Commons outdoor area contradicted each other, so only its floor area appears here.
The Rust Arts and Culture Center on South Allapaha and Market Square with its gazebo on West Bay Street cover the small end of the City’s own inventory. Beyond them: resort clubhouses and pool decks at Regal Palms and Highlands Reserve off U.S. 27, the school halls and cafeterias at Davenport School of the Arts and Davenport High School on County Road 547, church fellowship halls all along the ridge, and the staff and community rooms at AdventHealth Heart of Florida, the 202-bed hospital at 40100 U.S. 27. The rule does not change with the room size: the more a space opens onto its neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place.
Group celebrations, reunions and retreats inside communities where the neighbours are guests too.
Receptions and after-parties that do not need a hotel to sign off on a sound check.
Lock-ins, grad nights and worship nights that run late without a complaint attached.
Birthdays, quinceañeras, weddings and milestones that stay on good terms with the street.
How the night runs, the hardware your guests wear, the local crew that delivers it — and the other areas we cover.
We cover Davenport with our own local crews, straight up the Interstate 4 corridor, so travel is short and the same crew handles delivery, the room and pickup — the same way we cover Orlando and the rest of Central Florida. Tell us the venue, the headcount and the run of the night — a clubhouse, a pool deck, a gym, a banquet hall or all four — and we will come back with a setup and a price. DIY or fully managed, your call. Still working out the date? Our planning guide library walks through venue deadlines, permits and headcount.
