Up to three live channels, LED headphones that glow whichever one your guests pick, and a local Florida crew that brings the whole party to you — turnkey, plug-and-play, anywhere in Lake Mary.
A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of their channel.
We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet.
Up to three channels means the interns, the directors and the families brought along each get their own music. Nobody sits the night out because of the playlist.
The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker pointed at a guest room wall, no bass rolling across a courtyard, no awkward call from the duty manager at eleven.
Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the venue while they do it.
Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. Whether you are an office manager, a conference organiser, a school administrator or a board member, you do not project-manage a sound system on top of everything else you are already carrying.
A turnkey setup that drops into whatever event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring, no new line on the venue diagram.
Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your venue does not need to supply a thing, and the in-house AV desk does not need to quote it.
Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no box that turns up late.
We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, so the headphones never become another thing to manage.
Lake Mary’s two biggest event rooms both sit inside working hotels on International Parkway. When the ballroom empties at ten and the delegates upstairs have a seven-thirty general session, the sound system is the first thing the hotel wants dialled back. Headphones remove the negotiation entirely — which is why they fit the conference after-party formats we write about in our guides.
Deloitte, Verizon, JPMorgan Chase, Concentrix and Mitsubishi Power Americas all keep large Lake Mary operations, and the parks they sit in — International Parkway, Primera, Colonial Center — are stitched straight into residential Heathrow and Timacuan. A company party here is never more than a few hundred metres from somebody’s back garden.
The city’s own events centre sits on the shore of West Crystal Lake with a glass rotunda, an event lawn and a trellis outside. Drinks on the lawn, dinner in the ballroom, dancing after — three spaces, three coverage problems and three sets of neighbours for a speaker stack. One transmitter with 100m of range covers all of it.
Some events want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table.
We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.
Our crew arrives, sets up, runs the room and strikes it. You host.
Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it. Our crews run up to Lake Mary from Orlando, so a site visit costs you a phone call rather than a freight quote.
The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not.
They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.
Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.
The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.
Plenty to cover a ballroom, a courtyard and a lawn from one transmitter without a drop.
Capacities and room sizes below come from each venue’s own published rental and event information.
The city-owned option, sitting in downtown Lake Mary on the shore of West Crystal Lake and sharing an address with Parks & Recreation. The Grand Ballroom has high recessed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows and splits into Ballroom A and Ballroom B; outside there is a glass-enclosed rotunda, an event lawn, trellis areas and a fountain patio. That indoor-to-water layout is exactly the configuration a speaker system handles worst.
The largest event room of the four listed here, and a conference hotel first: fourteen event rooms, a loading dock and a staging area. The Grand Ballroom divides into eight salons, which is how one building ends up running a general session, three breakouts and an evening reception on the same day. The evening one is the awkward one, because the delegates sleeping upstairs are the same people.
Five salons that combine and divide five ways, plus an outdoor courtyard — so the standard run of the night here is an indoor programme that moves outside afterwards. Two spaces, two acoustic problems and a guest-room tower overlooking one of them. One transmitter covers both without the volume conversation.
The former Timacuan clubhouse, and the one venue here that sits inside a residential golf community rather than an office park. Its two rooms add up to a 4,500 square foot banquet facility, membership is not required to book it, and the houses along the fairways are close enough that the headphones make the case for themselves.
Central Park at City Hall is the city’s public square — the home of the Saturday farmers market, WineArt Wednesday and Holiday in the Park — and the outdoor gatherings that happen there sit in the middle of downtown. Colonial Town Park on Market Promenade Avenue puts restaurants, offices and homes on the same block. Add private houses in Heathrow, Timacuan and Alaqua and clubhouses across the planned communities, and the pattern holds: the more a space opens onto its neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place. We apply the same logic in DeLand and in Sanford, a few minutes up the road.
After-parties, holiday parties and team nights that do not need the hotel to sign off on a sound check.
Lawn, ballroom and after-party across three spaces on a single transmitter.
Proms, grad nights and lock-ins that run late without a complaint attached.
Community nights, milestones and back gardens that stay on good terms with the street.
How the night runs, the headphones your guests wear, the local crew that delivers them — and the other areas we cover.
Lake Mary is a short run for us, and the same crew handles delivery, the room and pickup — no shipping company in the middle. Tell us the venue, the headcount and the run of the night — ballroom, courtyard, lawn or all three — and we will come back with a setup and a price. DIY or fully managed, your call. Still working out the date? Our planning guides walk through venue deadlines, permits and headcount.
