The Experience

Easy To Run, Great For Every Age, Quiet Outside

A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of their channel.

Easy To Manage

We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet.

Great For All Ages

Three channels means the kids, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music. Nobody sits the night out because of the playlist.

No Noise Complaints

The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker pointed at a neighbour, no bass rolling down Plant Street, no awkward call to the venue the next morning.

Selfies All Night Long

Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the venue while they do it.

For Event Planners

We Make Life Easy So You Can Focus On Your Guests

Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. Whether you are booking a company night out, a school function, a church event or a private party, you do not project-manage a sound system on top of everything else you are already carrying.

Plug And Play

A turnkey setup that drops into whatever event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring.

We Bring The Party

Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your venue does not need to supply a thing.

Local Delivery Teams

Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no box that turns up late.

One Less Vendor To Chase

We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, so the headphones never become another thing to manage.

Local Context

Why It Works So Well In Winter Garden

Three things about this city shape how sound behaves at an event here — and all three point the same way.

A Public Trail Runs Down Your Venue’s Street

The West Orange Trail — 22 miles of paved rail trail between Killarney and Apopka — does not skirt this downtown. It runs straight down the median of Plant Street, past the Garden Theatre on Plant, past Crooked Can and the clock tower. Point a speaker stack at that strip and you are not playing to your guest list, you are playing to every cyclist, jogger and stroller on a live public corridor. Headphones put the night back inside your own event.

A Historic Core With Houses On Every Side

Downtown Winter Garden is a National Register historic district of brick mercantile buildings and masonry storefronts, and it is only a couple of blocks deep. Step off Plant Street in any direction and you are on Tremaine, Boyd or Lakeview, among early 1900s to 1940s homes with people living in them. That walkability is the whole appeal of booking here — and it is exactly why amplified sound becomes a conversation.

Two Winter Gardens, One Sound Problem

There is the historic core, and there is the fast-growing south side running toward Horizon West, where the events happen in clubhouses, amenity centres and back gardens with neighbours close on either side. The city counted 46,964 residents at the 2020 census and has kept building. Old downtown or new subdivision, the constraint is the same: open plan, close neighbours, and a venue that would rather not field the complaint.

Two Ways To Run It

DIY Drop-Off Or Fully Managed

Some events want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table.

DIY Drop-Off

We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.

  • Headphones and transmitter delivered locally
  • Walkthrough so your team is confident
  • Plug in your own source or playlist
  • We come back and collect — no shipping

Custom Setups

A Local Partner, Not A Rental Warehouse

Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it.

The Hardware

Best-In-Class Headphones Your Guests Forget They Are Wearing

The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not.

A Snug Fit That Stays On

They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.

Premium Leather

Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.

LED Glow By Channel

The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.

100m Wireless Range

Enough to cover a hall, a lakefront lawn and a gazebo from one transmitter without a drop.

Rooms & Lawns

Where It Works In Winter Garden

Capacities below come from each venue’s own published rental information.

Tanner Hall At Newton Park

29 W. GARDEN AVENUE

The city’s flagship rental hall, and the reason most Winter Garden events end up on this block. It is a WPA-era building from the 1930s, originally a gymnasium, sitting inside Newton Park right on the shore of Lake Apopka — with a lakefront gazebo, a boardwalk and the smaller Little Hall alongside, rentable on its own or combined with the main room. That is the configuration a speaker system handles worst: a hall, a lawn, a gazebo and open water that carries sound a long way. One transmitter covers the lot.

Main hall 5,000 sq ft Capacity 300 Little Hall separate or combined Setting Lake Apopka shore

Jessie Brock Community Center

310 N. DILLARD STREET

The workhorse room for community groups, church functions, school socials and family milestones. It runs as a straightforward municipal hall with a full prep kitchen and an ice machine, and it is also where the city’s hall bookings are handled in person — a fair warning that the rules attached to these rooms tend to live in a rental packet rather than on a web page. Bring headphones and one of those rules gets a lot easier to satisfy.

Garden Theatre On Plant

160 W. PLANT STREET

The restored 1935 theatre in the middle of the historic district, and the anchor of the downtown block. Its front door opens onto the Plant Street median where the West Orange Trail runs, which is a lovely thing for a marquee and a hard thing for a sound system. An event that spills from the auditorium onto the street is the textbook case for headphones: the energy stays visible, the volume does not travel.

Orange County National Golf Center & Lodge

16301 PHIL RITSON WAY

The corporate option out on the west side, away from downtown, with a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor event locations and an on-site lodge for guests who are staying over. Company days that start on the course and end with a night out are the natural fit, and three channels means the awards, the playlist and a quiet conversation channel can all run at once without anyone shouting.

And Everywhere Smaller

PLANT STREET · CENTENNIAL PLAZA · HORIZON WEST

Plant Street Market and Crooked Can, the Downtown Pavilion where the farmers market sets up on Saturdays, Centennial Plaza under the clock tower, the downtown churches and school campuses, the American Legion post, and the clubhouses and private homes spreading south toward Hamlin and Horizon West. The logic never changes: the more a space opens onto its neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place.

One Section, All The Wedding Detail

Weddings In Winter Garden

Winter Garden is a genuine wedding destination, and the spaces that make it one — a lakefront gazebo, a brick street, a historic auditorium — are all open-air or open-plan. Here is how a silent reception handles that.

Lawn, Hall And Gazebo On One Transmitter

The classic Tanner Hall run is a gazebo on the Lake Apopka shore, drinks on the grass and dancing inside. Three separate coverage problems for a speaker rig, one transmitter for headphones — guests keep the same mix as they move between them.

The Late Hour Stops Being A Negotiation

Downtown rooms sit inside a residential historic district and the city’s halls sit in a public park. Rather than argue a cutoff with a venue manager, take the volume off the building entirely — the dance floor keeps going and the street outside stays quiet.

Three Generations, Three Channels

One channel for the dance floor, one for the guests who want something slower, one for the kids. Nobody leaves early because the music was not for them, and the room never splits into a loud half and an empty half.
