An unforgettable night for every age in the Chain of Lakes City. Up to three live channels, LED headphones that glow in the colour of whichever one your guests pick, and a local Florida crew that brings the whole party to you — turnkey, plug-and-play, anywhere in Winter Haven.
A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone hears the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of the channel they are on — so the room looks as good as it sounds.
We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet.
Three channels means the kids, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music at the same party. Family groups are the norm in Winter Haven, and nobody sits the night out because of the playlist.
The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker aimed across a lake at somebody’s back porch, no bass rolling down the street, no awkward call from the venue or the neighbours the next morning.
Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. A floor lit in cyan, magenta and amber turns every phone into a photographer, and your guests document the whole night for you.
Whether you are a resort coordinator, an HR lead, a youth pastor, a PTA volunteer or the host of a family reunion, the job is the same: turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away, so you never project-manage a sound system on top of everything else.
A turnkey setup that drops into the event you have already planned — a hall, a pavilion, a gym or a backyard. No redesign, no rewiring.
Headphones and transmitters arrive with us, ready to run. Your venue does not need to supply a thing.
Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no crate stuck in a depot the day before your event.
We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, so the headphones never become one more thing on your list to confirm.
Winter Haven is a Polk County lake town between Tampa and Orlando with a family-first calendar and a city that rents out its own halls, gyms and pavilions. Each of those shapes how an event here should sound.
The City describes Winter Haven as the Chain of Lakes City, with 50 lakes within or bordering its limits. That means lakefront homes, lakeside pavilions at parks like Lake Hartridge, Lake Maude and Lake Shipp, and a lot of open water between a party and the neighbours across it. Flat water carries amplified music a long way. Headphones keep the whole night on your side of the shore.
LEGOLAND Florida Resort opened here on October 15, 2011, on the historic grounds of Cypress Gardens. Families come to Winter Haven for the resort, and groups that travel together — reunions, school trips, team outings, milestone birthdays — mix toddlers with grandparents. Three channels lets a group like that share one party without arguing over one playlist, and it gives resort coordinators and group hosts an evening activity that works for every age.
Many of the largest rooms in town are run by Winter Haven Parks, Recreation & Culture, and several of them are gymnasiums. Hard floors, high ceilings and bare walls turn speaker sound into echo, and the back of the room hears mush. With headphones, every guest gets a clean, direct mix no matter how big or bouncy the space is.
Some events want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table anywhere in Winter Haven.
We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music. A good fit for church groups, school events and backyard parties with a volunteer who already has the playlist sorted.
Our crew arrives, sets up, runs the room and strikes it. You host. The right call for large halls, corporate nights and any event where the organiser wants to be a guest too.
Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it — from a DJ on every channel to a full lighting rig in a gym.
The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not.
They hold through dancing, jumping and group photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.
Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.
The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance and you can see which DJ is winning.
Enough to cover a banquet hall, a gym floor or a lakeside pavilion and its lawn from one transmitter.
Figures below come from the City of Winter Haven’s rental pages and each venue’s published information, and every one was checked against a second source. Book the venue directly; we bring the headphones.
The city’s big room. Nora Mayo Hall is the former Florida Citrus Building, named for the wife of Agricultural Commissioner Nathan Mayo, and among its original purposes was hosting events for the Florida Citrus Exposition. Today it is leased to the City and rented through Parks, Recreation & Culture. A large hall ringed by offices is exactly the kind of space where speakers blast the front tables and lose the back — headphones give every seat the same mix.
A city-run sports and conference complex with meeting rooms alongside a gymnasium that divides into six basketball or twelve volleyball courts. It shares its address with Theatre Winter Haven, and the building links through to the theatre lobby. A gym floor is the hardest space in town to fill with clean speaker sound, and the easiest to fill with headphones — team banquets, tournament socials and company events all work here.
Rebuilt and reopened on April 30, 2026, the new WHRCC pairs an indoor double gymnasium with activity rooms, a library branch, a kitchen and concession area, and outdoor space including a zero-entry pool, splash pad and picnic areas. It is built for families and community programmes, which makes it a natural home for youth nights, reunions and neighbourhood celebrations that need to stay friendly with the surrounding streets.
A privately run event space with an open-plan indoor hall under high ceilings and an outdoor garden beside it. The indoor–outdoor split is the part a speaker system handles worst: music loud enough for the hall spills straight out into the garden and beyond. One transmitter with 100m of range covers both, and the garden stays conversational.
The City also rents the Garden Center of Winter Haven, the Rotary Park Clubhouse and park pavilions at Lake Hartridge Park, Lake Maude Nature Park, Lake Shipp Park, Rotary Park and the Rueben Williams Sports Complex. Downtown, Central Park on West Central Avenue sits in the historic district and hosts the holiday tree lighting, and the restored Ritz Theatre on the same street programmes tribute bands, dance halls and other live entertainment. Private homes on the lakes work on the same logic: the more a space opens onto water and neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place.
Multi-generational groups in town for the theme parks, with a channel for the kids and one for everyone else.
Company nights, employee appreciation and conference socials without a sound check or a complaint.
Lock-ins and youth nights where leaders can talk to the group without shouting over speakers.
Proms, grad parties and end-of-season team nights in a gym or hall that would otherwise echo.
Neighbourhood socials, park events and downtown gatherings that keep the street on side.
Birthdays, milestones and lakefront backyards that stay on good terms with the other side of the lake.
Dancing indoors and out on one transmitter, with a quieter channel for guests who want to talk.
Guided sessions in a park pavilion or by the water, with the instructor’s voice right in every ear.
