Up to three live channels, LED headphones that glow whichever one your guests pick, and a local Florida crew that brings the whole party to you — turnkey, plug-and-play, anywhere in Winter Park.
A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone gets the full mix at their own volume, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of their channel.
We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Headphones go out, headphones come back, and none of it lands on your run sheet.
Three channels means the kids, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music. Nobody sits the night out because of the playlist.
The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker pointed at a neighbour, no bass carrying down the street, no awkward call to the venue the next morning.
Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. Your guests document the whole night for you — and tag the venue while they do it.
Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. You do not project-manage a sound system on top of everything else you are already carrying.
A turnkey setup that drops into whatever event you have already planned. No redesign, no rewiring.
Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Your venue does not need to supply a thing.
Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No tracking numbers, no box that turns up late.
We handle delivery, setup, the room and pickup, so the headphones never become another thing to manage.
Winter Park’s event spaces sit inside a walkable residential grid. Park Avenue backs onto homes, the lakefront rooms are open to the water by design, and the historic buildings have neighbours who were there first. That is the charm — and the ceiling on how loud you get and how late you stay.
Look up almost any Winter Park venue and you will not find a stated music curfew. The City’s own rental pages and the private venues alike point you to a policies document or a phone number, so you often do not find the line until you are deep into planning. Headphones make the question largely academic.
Drinks on a lawn, dinner in a ballroom, dancing on a terrace. That is how events here are built, and it is the configuration a speaker system fights hardest — three spaces, three coverage problems, three sets of neighbours. One transmitter covers all of it.
Some events want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table.
We deliver, show you the gear and collect it after. You run the music.
Our crew arrives, sets up, runs the room and strikes it. You host.
Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it.
The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not.
They hold through dancing, jumping and photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.
Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.
The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance.
Plenty to cover a ballroom, a terrace and a lawn from one transmitter without a drop.
Capacities below come from each venue’s own published rental information.
The most flexible municipal option in town, and the one that scales from a birthday party to a full 350-guest ballroom. There is a gymnasium, the Ruby Ball Amphitheater and Shady Park outside, and a commercial kitchen if you are bringing caterers.
The showpiece. The Grand Ballroom sits under a domed ceiling with arched windows and lakeside views, and the Rooftop Terrace looks out over the water. Rooftops and open water are exactly where amplified sound is hardest to contain — and where headphones are easiest to justify to a venue manager.
Indoor–outdoor flow is the Alfond’s entire appeal, and it is the precise case a speaker stack handles badly. The New England and Interlachen Rooms each open onto their own lawn, and the conservatory sits under a glass dome beside the courtyard.
Private homes on the lakes, Park Avenue restaurants and the Azalea Lane Recreation Center all work on the same logic. The more a space opens onto its neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place.
Ceremony, dinner and dancing across three spaces on one transmitter.
After-parties that do not need the hotel to sign off on a sound check.
Lock-ins and worship nights that run late without a complaint attached.
Birthdays, milestones and back gardens that stay on good terms with the street.
How the night runs, the headphones your guests wear, the local crew that delivers them — and the other areas we cover.
We cover Winter Park with our own local crews — we drive to your event, we do not ship it to you — so the same team handles delivery, the room and pickup. We cover Orlando and the rest of Central Florida the same way. Tell us the venue, the headcount and the run of the night — indoors, outdoors or both — and we will come back with a setup and a price. DIY or fully managed, your call. Planning a date? Our planning guides walk through venue deadlines, permits and headcount.
