The Experience

Wireless Headphones, Three Channels And A House That Stays Quiet

A silent disco sends the music to wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone wears a pair, everyone gets the same full mix at a volume they choose, and the LED ring on each ear cup lights up in the colour of their channel — so from the far end of a pool deck you can see exactly who is listening to what. Nothing leaves the headphones: no speaker pointed over a fence at the villa twelve feet away, no bass carrying down a street full of families who are also on vacation. Headphones off, it is a quiet back yard. Headphones on, it is a full-volume party.

Easy To Manage

We deliver to the house or the resort, set up by the pool, on the lanai or in the ballroom, run the floor and take everything away at the end. Nobody on your guest list has to become the sound person for the week.

Great For All Ages

A Kissimmee vacation-home party usually means one house, one night and a guest list spanning sixty years. Three channels means the cousins, the parents and the grandparents each get their own music without anyone losing an argument about the playlist.

No Noise Complaints

The sound lives in the headsets. Nothing crosses the property line, nothing rattles the pool deck below, and nothing bleeds through the ballroom wall into another group’s session — so there is simply nothing to complain about.

Selfies All Night Long

A pool deck full of glowing ear cups photographs beautifully after dark. The whole family ends the trip with a camera roll of the one night everybody was on the dance floor together.

For Event Planners

We Make Life Easy So You Can Focus On Your Guests

Turnkey and plug-and-play. Whether you are a resort coordinator, a meeting planner on the 192 corridor, a property manager or the one relative who ended up organising the family reunion, we bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away.

Plug And Play

A turnkey rig that drops into the event you already planned. Your DJ, a laptop or somebody’s phone plugs into the transmitter exactly as it would into a speaker. We bring the cables.

We Bring The Party

Headsets, transmitter and interface arrive with us, charged, cleaned and bench-tested, with spares beyond your headcount. The house or the venue does not need to supply a thing.

Local Delivery Teams

Real people from Central Florida, not a shipping company. No road case mailed from another state, no transmitter that arrives dead on a Friday, and nobody troubleshooting gear in a driveway an hour before guests arrive.

One Less Vendor To Chase

Delivery, setup, the floor and pickup are ours. No shipping windows, no return deadline the morning after, and a phone that gets answered on the day instead of a support ticket.

Local Context

Why Silent Disco Works So Well In Kissimmee

This is a destination market. Family reunions, destination weddings, bachelorette weekends, conference groups — the guest list flew in, the age range is enormous, and nobody wants to drive somewhere else at 9 p.m. to find a dance floor. Three things shape almost every event here.

The House Next Door Is Rented Too

Kissimmee runs on vacation homes, and the resort communities they sit in — ChampionsGate, Reunion, Windsor Hills, Storey Lake, Solterra, Encore — are built close and filled with other families on holiday. Pool decks sit a few feet apart. Complaints travel fast, and they land on the homeowner, whose standing with the HOA and whose rental licence are what is actually at risk. A speaker on a pool deck late at night is the fastest way to end a party early. Headphones remove the thing there is to complain about.

Resort Rooms Come With Rules Attached

Along the 192 corridor, down Osceola Parkway and out at ChampionsGate, the meeting space is enormous — and almost all of it shares a wall, a courtyard or a pool deck with sleeping guests. Contracts put a ceiling on volume or a hard stop on music, which is why so many resort events feel like they run at half strength. A silent disco is the version the property will sign off on, and it can run its full window at full energy.

The City’s Own Lawn Plays By The Book

Even the public venues keep sound tight. The City of Kissimmee’s pavilion and wedding lawn rental rules say sound must be contained to the area reserved, bar amplifiers and band equipment from the pavilions, and run Wedding Lawn rentals between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Headphones keep every note inside the space you booked — check with the city’s events team before you plan the music, and let the headsets do the containing.

Two Ways To Run It

DIY Drop-Off Or Fully Managed

Some groups want the gear and their own playlist. Others want to hand the whole night over. Both are on the table — though around a pool, or at a house you do not own, the managed build is the one to book.

DIY Drop-Off

We drop the rig, train whoever is running it and collect afterwards. You run the music. Best for indoor events with someone on your side to hand out and collect headsets.

  • Headphones and transmitter delivered anywhere in Osceola County
  • Walkthrough so your team is confident before guests arrive
  • Plug in your own DJ, laptop or playlist — one channel per branch of the family
  • We come back and collect — nothing to repack, no return deadline

Custom Setups

A Local Partner, Not A Rental Warehouse

Because we drive to you instead of shipping a crate, we can see the space beforehand, adapt when the weather moves you from the lawn to the lanai, carry spares in the van, and build the night out as far as you want to take it.

The Hardware

Best-In-Class Headphones Your Guests Forget They Are Wearing

The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not. They arrive charged, cleaned and bench-tested, and batteries are our problem, not yours.

A Snug Fit That Stays On

They hold through dancing, jumping and group photos, on kids and grandparents alike. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.

Premium Leather Comfort

Soft ear cushions built for hours, not minutes — comfortable from the first song to the last on a warm Florida night.

LED Glow By Channel

The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the whole floor reads at a glance and a dark pool deck turns into moving colour.

100m Wireless Range

One transmitter covers a pool deck, a back lawn, a ballroom or a resort courtyard from a single spot, without a drop as guests wander.

Where It Works In Kissimmee

Figures below come from each venue’s own published event information and were checked against a second source. Where the sources disagreed, we left the number off rather than guess.

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

6000 WEST OSCEOLA PARKWAY

A convention resort with an enormous meeting footprint, and the clearest case for headphones in a convention hotel: general sessions, receptions and closing parties running side by side under one roof, with guest rooms overhead. A silent disco solves the two hardest hours of any conference here — the reception where nobody can hear the person they came to meet, and the closing party in a space that is not allowed to get loud. The resort’s outdoor lawns and plazas take a headphone floor just as easily.

Meeting & event space 500,000+ sq ft Guest rooms 1,718 Outdoor Coquina & Mangrove Lawns

Omni Orlando Resort At ChampionsGate

1500 MASTERS BOULEVARD · CHAMPIONSGATE

The conference resort at the heart of the ChampionsGate vacation-home belt, with two large ballrooms and a big outdoor commons. Welcome parties, awards nights and team events all land here — and the same headsets double as a listening system, with a keynote on one channel and a second language or a breakout track on another.

Margaritaville Resort Orlando

8000 FINS UP CIRCLE

A resort built around holiday cottages and group stays off 192, with a ballroom, a lawn and a pool that all rent for events. Pool and lawn parties are exactly where a PA meets a balcony full of guests trying to sleep — and where headphones let the party keep going.

Compass Rose Ballroom approx. 7,000 sq ft Outdoor Parrot Lawn Poolside License To Chill Pool

Reunion Resort & Golf Club

7593 GATHERING DRIVE

A resort community of villas and homes as well as a meeting venue, which puts both of Kissimmee’s classic problems in one place: indoor and outdoor event spaces for weddings and conference groups, and vacation homes a few feet from their neighbours for the family reunion the week after.

Setting resort community & golf club Venues indoor & outdoor

Osceola Heritage Park

1875 SILVER SPUR LANE · EVENTS CENTER 1901 CHIEF OSCEOLA TRAIL

The county’s big events campus, home to Silver Spurs Arena, Osceola County Stadium, the Events Center and the Heritage Club. Expos, festivals, graduations and community events all sit here — and large open halls are exactly where a PA turns to mush and headphones give the back row the same mix as the front.

Kissimmee Lakefront Park

201 LAKEVIEW DRIVE · ON LAKE TOHOPEKALIGA

The city’s park between historic downtown and the shore of Lake Toho, with rentable pavilions, a Wedding Lawn and large outdoor event spaces. The city’s own rules keep sound inside the area you reserved and keep amplifiers out of the pavilions, so a headphone floor is the natural way to add dancing to a lakeside celebration or a pavilion party.

Wedding Lawn rentals 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Sound contained to reserved area Tents permitted with permit

Kissimmee Civic Center

CITY OF KISSIMMEE · MULTI-PURPOSE ARENA

The city-owned arena and meeting venue in a lakefront park setting, used for sports, shows, trade events and community gatherings. A gym-style floor and a hard-walled room are where amplified sound is at its worst; headphones make the same space a clean dance floor for a school night, a church youth event or a community celebration.

And Every Villa Pool Deck

CHAMPIONSGATE · WINDSOR HILLS · STOREY LAKE · SOLTERRA · ENCORE

The clearest use case in this market. You have rented an eight-bedroom house with a pool for a family reunion, a birthday weekend, a bachelorette trip or a group holiday, and you want one proper night out of it — without a security patrol at the gate and a message to the owner in the morning. We deliver to the house, set up by the pool or on the lanai, run the night and take everything away at the end, across the resort communities of Osceola and into the Davenport side: ChampionsGate, Reunion, Windsor Hills, Storey Lake, Solterra, Encore, Emerald Island, Formosa Gardens and the rest.

Who We Work With

Built For Every Kind Of Kissimmee Event

From a couple of dozen guests on a villa pool deck to a conference closing night, the rig scales and the argument stays the same: full energy inside the headphones, a quiet room outside them.

Vacation Home & Villa Parties

Birthday weekends, group holidays and the big night of the trip, run on the pool deck or lanai with nothing audible crossing the property line.

Family Reunions

Sixty years of age range in one house. One channel for the cousins, one for the parents, one for the grandparents — nobody loses the playlist argument.

Destination Weddings

A guest list that travelled, a venue that came with rules and a reception everyone wants to run late. Dancers put headphones on; the relatives who flew in that morning can still hold a conversation at the table.

Conferences & Conventions

Welcome parties, closing nights, team events, trade show floors and brand activations along the 192 corridor — plus keynote and translation channels side by side, or three breakout tracks in one hall.

Resort & Hotel Events

Pool decks under sleeping guests, ballrooms sharing a wall and courtyards ringed by balconies. The event runs to the end of its window instead of being turned down early.

Bachelorette & Group Trips

The house you already rented becomes the venue. No rideshares at 11 p.m., no club line, and no knock on the door from the neighbours.

Quinceañeras & Milestones

Quinceañeras, milestone birthdays, anniversaries and engagement parties — with a Latin and reggaeton channel, a throwback channel and a main floor all running at once.

Church, School & Community

Youth nights, grad parties and community celebrations across Osceola County, from gyms and fellowship halls to park pavilions where the sound has to stay contained.

The Process

How Booking A Kissimmee Silent Disco Works

Four steps. If it is a rental home, tell us the community name up front — it helps us plan access, parking and where the pool deck sits.

01 · Tell Us About The Event

Date, address or venue, headcount, and whether you are at a house, a resort or somewhere else.

02 · We Send A Quote

One number covering the event you described, based on your headcount and hours rather than a list of extras to add up yourself. Usually back the same day.

03 · We Plan The Space

Which channel carries what, where the transmitter and handout point go, how headsets come back at the end, and how it all works around a pool if there is one.

04 · We Show Up And Run It

Set up before guests arrive, crew on site through the night for swaps and questions, then collection and a clean teardown after the last song.

Questions

Silent Disco Kissimmee FAQ

What Is A Silent Disco?

A party where the music plays through wireless headphones instead of speakers. Everyone wears a headset tuned to one of up to three live channels, and the LED ring on the ear cup shows which one they are on. Take them off and it is a quiet pool deck. Put them on and it is a packed party.

How Does It Actually Work?

A transmitter broadcasts your audio over a radio signal — up to three separate channels at once — and the headsets pick it up from as far as 100 metres away. Guests change channel and set their own volume on the headphones. Your DJ, laptop or a phone plugs into the transmitter the same way it would plug into a speaker.

Can We Do This At A Vacation Rental Home?

It is the most common reason people in Kissimmee look us up. Resort communities put houses close together and fill them with other families on vacation, which is why a speaker on a pool deck turns into a complaint so quickly. With headphones there is nothing carrying over the fence — the party happens entirely inside the headsets, and the house stays as quiet as any other house on the street.

Will This Get The Homeowner In Trouble With The HOA?

That is the right question, and it is the reason headphones exist for this market. Most complaints in resort communities are noise complaints, and they land on the homeowner. A silent disco produces no amplified sound to complain about. You should still check the house rules in your rental agreement, especially on guest counts and quiet hours, since those cover more than noise.

Can We Add Dancing At Lakefront Park?

Headphones are the cleanest way to try. The City of Kissimmee’s rental rules say sound must be contained to the area reserved and keep amplifiers and band equipment out of the pavilions, and Wedding Lawn rentals run between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Confirm your plan with the city’s events team first — then the headsets keep the music inside the space you booked.

How Much Does It Cost?

It comes down to four things: how many headphones, how many hours, how many channels, and whether you want DJs and production or just the gear. A villa party and a conference closing night are not the same conversation, so we quote per event rather than publishing a rate card. Send us the date and a headcount and you will usually have a number back the same day.

How Many Headphones Can You Supply?

We keep inventory in Central Florida rather than shipping it in, from a couple of dozen headsets on a pool deck up to large conference and festival crowds. Tell us your headcount and we will confirm availability for your date — and if someone else told you your group is too big, ask us anyway.

Can You Set Up Around A Pool?

Yes. Our crew places the transmitter and the distribution point away from the water, hands headsets out and collects them at the end, and swaps anything that stops behaving. We would rather manage that ourselves at a pool party than hand you a case and hope — so if your event is around water, book the fully managed option.

Do You Provide DJs, Or Can We Use Our Own?

Both. We can book one, two or three DJs and give each their own channel, or plug your DJ or a playlist straight into the transmitter. Plenty of groups simply run their own playlists — one channel per branch of the family.

Do You Cover Celebration, ChampionsGate, Reunion And St. Cloud?

Yes. Kissimmee, Celebration, ChampionsGate, Reunion, Poinciana, St. Cloud, Harmony, Narcoossee, Buenaventura Lakes and the rest of Osceola County are one service area for us, along with the resort communities just over the Polk line.

Can You Do Resort Ballrooms And Conference Space?

Yes — along the 192 corridor, on Osceola Parkway and out at ChampionsGate. Shared ballroom walls and pool decks under guest rooms are exactly where a PA gets capped or cut off early, and headphones let the event run its full window at full energy instead.

How Far In Advance Should I Book?

Four to six weeks is comfortable. Spring break, the winter holidays, graduation weekends and peak convention dates book out further, and Saturdays go first. Short-notice bookings are often possible when inventory allows, so it is worth asking even if your date is close.

Do The Headphones Need To Be Charged?

Not by you. Headsets arrive charged, cleaned and bench-tested, and we bring more than your headcount so anything flaky gets swapped on the spot rather than troubleshot. Batteries are our problem.

What Goes On The Three Channels?

Whatever your crowd needs. A common Kissimmee split is an open-format main floor, a Latin and reggaeton channel, and throwbacks for the parents — but it can just as easily be three DJs battling, or a keynote, a translation feed and a breakout track at a conference.
