Give your guests an unforgettable experience they will not get at any other party in Orlando. Up to three live channels, LED headphones that glow whichever one they pick, and a local Central Florida crew that brings the whole party to you — turnkey, plug-and-play, from a backyard in College Park to a ballroom off International Drive.
A silent disco replaces the PA with wireless headphones. Every guest gets a pair, every pair picks up whatever is being broadcast, and the LED ring on the ear cup changes colour to match the channel they are on — so you can read the whole room at a glance. Take the headphones off and the room is people talking. Put them back on and it is a full-volume dance floor.
We deliver, set up, run the room and take it all away. Your DJ, band, laptop or house feed plugs into our transmitter the same way it would plug into a PA, and guests switch channels and set their own volume right on the headset.
Nobody has to agree on the music. One group gets its Motown, another gets its hip-hop, and both share the same dance floor at the same time. The playlist argument that normally shapes the whole night simply does not happen.
The sound lives in the headphones. No speaker pointed at the house next door, no bass carrying across the lake, and the family at the next table can still hear each other. That is why a silent disco fits rooms a sound system simply cannot.
Glowing ear cups in a dark room are made for a camera. A floor lit up in three colours photographs beautifully, so your guests document the whole night for you — and every shot shows which channel won the room.
Turnkey and plug-and-play. We bring the party to you, set it up, run it and take it away. A lot of what comes up under “silent disco rental Orlando” is a national company that mails you a road case — which works right up until a transmitter will not power on at four on a Saturday afternoon and you are the one troubleshooting it in a parking lot before doors.
A turnkey setup that drops into the event you have already planned. We bring the transmitters and the cables to connect your DJ, band, laptop or house feed.
Everything arrives with us, ready to run. Nothing to unpack, nothing to repack, and no return deadline the morning after your event.
We are based in Central Florida and drive to your event — no shipping companies, no tracking numbers, no box that turns up late. We can walk the site beforehand and adjust when the venue moves you to a different room.
We handle delivery, setup, the floor and pickup. You reach us by phone on the day, not by support ticket, and the crew who set the room up is the crew that answers.
Orlando’s event calendar is split between convention halls, a cluster of cultural venues just north of downtown, and backyards and parks packed tightly into residential neighbourhoods. Each one has its own reason to keep the volume in the headphones.
The City of Orlando requires permits for outdoor loudspeakers used on both private and public property inside city limits, and its noise code measures sound a set distance from the source or at the property line of the place making it. Separately, any event on city property with more than 100 people needs a Special Events Permit.
Headphones are not a loudspeaker. There is no stack pointed at the street, so the conversation with a park, a permit office or an HOA gets much simpler. Always confirm the rules for your specific site — but it goes better when there is no PA involved.
Sources: Loudspeaker Permit · Events On Public Property · City Code Ch. 42A huge share of Central Florida’s event space sits inside a resort, a convention center or a ballroom block with one air wall between you and somebody else’s general session. The Orange County Convention Center’s Valencia Ballroom alone divides into three 20,000 sq ft sections.
A silent disco solves the two hardest hours of any conference: the reception where nobody can hear the person they flew in to meet, and the closing party that has to happen next door to a room still in session. Along International Drive, the glowing headphones become the activation itself.
It is Orlando — you are either moving indoors on twenty minutes’ notice or you are outside in August. Our rigs pack down small and need no speaker stack or subwoofer, so a pivot from a garden to a covered room is a cart trip, not a teardown.
Give us your backup space when you book and we will plan transmitter placement for both. With 100m of wireless range, one transmitter can cover a whole lawn from the stage, or sit well away from the dance floor indoors.
Orlando’s cultural core is a good example. Loch Haven Park, between Downtown Orlando and Downtown Winter Park, is home to the Orlando Museum of Art, the Orlando Science Center, the Mennello Museum, the Orlando Ballet, Orlando Family Stage, Orlando Shakes and the Orlando Garden Club, and it hosts the Orlando Fringe Festival every year. Galleries, lawns and a rotunda full of hard surfaces are gorgeous to party in and hard to fill with a PA without it turning into echo. Leu Gardens, a short drive away on North Forest Avenue, states that music and noise are not permitted outside on the screened veranda that comes with its largest room. Rooms like these are exactly where headphones give every guest the same clean mix no matter where they are standing.
Then there are the neighbourhoods. Warehouse and bar spaces in Mills 50 and Ivanhoe Village where a PA turns to mush, bungalow backyards in College Park and Thornton Park, lakefront lawns in Baldwin Park, and the newer communities out in Lake Nona and Dr. Phillips. Put a dance floor in any of them at nine at night and the neighbours stay on side.

Others want to hand the whole night over and not think about it again. Both are on the table, and both come with a local delivery team rather than a shipping label.
We bring everything, walk your team through running it, and come back for pickup. Best for smaller events with a volunteer crew or an in-house AV lead — a backyard birthday, a church youth night, a campus club social.
We deliver, set up, staff the floor for the duration, then collect and break down. You never touch the gear. This is the path for weddings, conferences, festivals and anything with a run-of-show.
Because we are here in Central Florida rather than shipping you a crate, we can build the night out as far as you want to take it. Book one, two or three DJs through us and put each on their own channel, or plug your own DJ, band or playlist straight into the transmitter — plenty of events run their DJ on one channel and the host’s own playlist on another. The same gear also works as a listening system: a keynote channel and a second-language channel side by side in one hall, or three breakout tracks in a space that only has room for one.
The headphones are the event. If they slip, pinch or sound thin, the whole night feels cheap — so ours do not. A transmitter broadcasts your audio over a radio signal on up to three separate channels at once, and each headset picks it up and lights up to match.
They hold through dancing, jumping and group photos. Nobody spends the night adjusting a headset.
Soft leather ear cushions built for hours, not minutes. Comfortable from the first song to the last.
The ear cups light up in their channel’s colour, so the room reads at a glance and every photo shows the mix.
Enough to cover a ballroom, a terrace and a lawn from one transmitter, placed well away from the floor.
A few of the city’s best-known event spaces, with capacities taken from each venue’s own published rental information. Rules on music vary by venue, so always check with the venue coordinator.
Garden ceremonies and a reception hall a few minutes from downtown. The Camellia Room is the largest indoor room, and the screened veranda that comes with it is one of the places where the gardens state that music and noise are not permitted outside. Guests who want to step out to the veranda still can — with the music in their headphones, not in the air.
A rotunda and gallery spaces in the heart of Loch Haven Park. Stone floors and high ceilings look incredible and bounce a PA all over the room. The museum also notes that music and entertainment selection is subject to approval by its rental coordinator — a far easier conversation when the dance floor is silent to everyone not wearing a headset.
Exhibit halls turned event space, plus a terrace and an observatory. When a party spreads across several spaces, a speaker system has to be rebuilt in every one of them. One transmitter with 100m of range keeps the whole building on the same three channels.
Orlando’s convention engine, surrounded by the hotels and resorts of the I-Drive corridor. Divisible ballrooms mean your closing party may share an air wall with another group’s session. Silent headphones let a reception, an after-party or a brand activation happen at full energy without bleeding into the room next door.
Lake Eola Park has various locations available to reserve through the City, and gatherings of more than 100 people on city property need a Special Events Permit. Backyards in College Park, Thornton Park and Baldwin Park, warehouse spaces in Mills 50 and Ivanhoe Village, and community rooms across the metro all work on the same logic: the more a space opens onto its neighbours, the more the headphones earn their place.
A reception with a hard stop and a couple who does not want the night to end. Guests who want to dance put headphones on, and the family at the next table can still hear each other. It travels well to the venues around here that are beautiful and acoustically difficult — historic homes in Winter Park, lakefront and garden properties out toward Windermere and Clermont, and warehouse spaces in Mills 50 and Ivanhoe Village.
Conference receptions, closing parties, product launches, brand takeovers, trade show booths, holiday parties and team events from I-Drive out to Lake Nona. On a show floor where every other booth is competing on volume, bright headphones on every head are the media.
Farmers markets, block parties, park programming, nonprofit fundraisers, tree lightings and downtown festivals. Put a dance floor in a park at nine at night without a fight over amplified sound, or run two stages forty feet apart without them bleeding into each other.
Lock-ins, worship nights and youth ministry events that run late without a complaint attached. At a family event, kids have a full-volume dance party while their parents stand ten feet away having an actual conversation.
School dances, grad nights and university socials across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties. Chaperones can talk to students without shouting, and the dance floor does not keep the dorms up.
Bachelorette parties, milestone birthdays, quinceañeras, backyard anniversaries in Baldwin Park and Thornton Park, and after-parties in the room next to the one that just closed. HOA and neighbourhood gatherings stay on good terms with the street.
How the night runs, the headphones your guests wear, the local crew that delivers them — and the other areas we cover.
Send us the date, the venue and a rough headcount — if you do not know your final count yet, a range is fine. We will come back with a real quote for your event, not a menu you have to assemble, and walk you through what the room should look like. Four to six weeks out is comfortable; spring, the back half of the year and big convention weeks book up further, and Saturdays go first. Short-notice dates are worth asking about when inventory allows. Planning a date? Our planning guides walk through venue deadlines, permits and headcount.
Date, venue, headcount, indoor or outdoor, and whether you need DJs or just the gear.
Priced for your event: headphones, hours, channels, and DJs or production if you want them.
Channel assignments, transmitter placement, handout and collection points, and a rain plan.
Setup before doors, crew on the floor for managed events, then collection after the last song.
